My husband had a jeweler in downtown LA pre- Covid that he would get my rings dipped. That store closed unfortunately. I went to another jeweler in Glendora and was charged over a $100 to have it done. When I needed it done again after 8 months, I went with Piacere. I met Fabiola (Fabi) and was absolutely impressed by the knowledge and kindness. They took care of my rings at a much lower cost and they looked brand new. Victor goes above and beyond when it comes to your jewelry. He checks prongs and puts the rings thru a rigorous cleaning before he returns them. I was even given the opportunity to look at my rings thru a jewelers loop. They did that just in case i wanted to be sure my gemstone was mine before and after the cleaning. It took only one full day for the rings to be restored to brand new. Since that meeting over 2 years ago, they have been our go to store for all our jewelry needs. Victor does such amazing custom work! Bring him an idea and he will make you a beautiful custom piece. Fabi is constantly taking classes to improve her knowledge of gemstones and jewelry. They take such care and go above and beyond when you're looking for a specific stone or piece. Definitely our jewelers for all our needs.

I went in just expecting to lie down, relax, and listen to singing bowls for an hour (which would have been great on its own) but this was so much more than that! In addition to the singing bowls, there were lots of other lovely sounds. One of the healing practitioners had what looked like a large shakuhachi style flute. She would walk around and set the base down on the ground, a few inches from our bodies, and play it. And you could not only hear it- you could FEEL the vibrations resonating through your body! The best part was that one of the other healing practitioners walked around did mini Reiki sessions with each of the participants. Even though it was a group session, I experienced PROFOUND healing. I had been experiencing extreme muscle tension in my neck for the past three weeks. I had a massage earlier that week and even the massage did not relieve the tension. But a few hours after I left the sound bath, the tension was COMPLETELY GONE! Such an amazing experience! I will definitely be back!

I hate writing negative reviews. I really do. Especially for small businesses such a this one. Up…read moreuntil now, the only other times I've done it were for some crappy clothing store in Fullerton and a pizza joint that served me food with hair on it. But this place deserves it. I would give Gold'n Time negative stars if I could. That's why I was so surprised to read other reviews on here calling the man who works at this store "courteous", "helpful", and "friendly". He was pretty much the exact opposite of all of that when I talked to him earlier today. I came to this place to get a watch repaired. It's an old, rare watch with delicate parts inside. It's also a collector's item and not a typical run-of-the-mill watch. I *wanted* to tell the guy working at the store to be extra careful with it. I *wanted* to let him know that I wasn't sure which battery the watch needed and that I had brought a few different kinds I thought would work. I *wanted* to tell him that I suspected some of the parts had been replaced by the previous owner and that they were not the right fit. But I didn't get to say much of anything. Right as I was about to tell him about the batteries, he cut me off mid-sentence without letting me explain what the overall problem even was. He said he "didn't need any explanations". He did so in a very rude manner that's hard for me to describe in mere words. You just had to be there to witness it. He then unceremoniously grabbed my cherished collector's item and began roughly unscrewing the back of it. When he inevitably came to the obvious fact that it was missing a battery, he came back to ask me which battery the watch needed. I told him that if he'd just been a little more patient and listened to me earlier, I would've already answered that question. This only annoyed him further and he became even more rude. (Side note: I came here for much more than just a simple battery replacement.) At this point, I'd had enough and told him to give me back my watch. He did so and told me not to come back to the store. In response, I flipped him off and called him a few colorful names. Needless to say, I will never consider coming back here or giving him my money ever again. How can someone fix something without knowing what the problem is first? Wouldn't it help to know which part of a device needs the most attention before trying to repair it? And why would anyone think that being rude to customers would be good for business? The guy who works here is a complete idiot. I ended up taking my watch to a place at the mall. They fixed it quickly, for very little money, and the service was excellent. Don't come to Gold'n Time in Glendora. This place sucks.
