Victor goes above and beyond when it comes to your jewelry. He checks prongs and puts the rings thru a rigorous cleaning before he returns them. I was even given the opportunity to look at my rings thru a jewelers loop. They did that just in case i wanted to be sure my gemstone was mine before and after the cleaning.
