I was sent a super user friendly new patient info packet that I was able to complete via my cell phone and get back to them quickly. The staff immediately acknowledged my completion of the packet and thanked me with a friendly note regarding seeing me soon as a New Patient. My concerns were lower back and neck pain, I came in with MRIs which both Chiros took the time to review before any actual adjustments took place. I was asked to return and when I did the beyond welcoming staff educated me on my plan which I then met with one of the Chiros to complete the plan of action to get me back in working order as working from home during the pandemic caused stiffness along with my neck and back pain. Regarding payment, insurance is accepted but mine was out of network so I chose one of the offered packages. They accept Care credit so that was also a plus for me. I've been seeing these Amazing Chiros for a couple months now three times a week and am beyond pleased with my progress. Both do a fantastic job aligning your vertebrae to release pressure that has built up on your nerves. For me, the issue is my neck and lower back. My treatment plan consists of a 40 minute problem area massage with a massage therapist working with the soft tissues in my back and neck to achieve pain relief. The massage is not as thorough as others I've had at other offices. Next, is the quick stretch and about 20 minutes or so of electrotherapy with a therapist. Lastly is the manual adjustment with the doctor. The staff is friendly. Nice seating area with TV's and magazines. They also have complimentary coffee. The office is big with many treatment rooms. At times, you are sharing the room with another patient. I understand that they are a busy practice but the bathroom needs paint and some cleaning. I have been very happy with the latest treatment I received from Dr. Cherry. He always has time to check in on how you feel, how the last treatment worked and to address and discuss any concerns you may have. He is a great listener and has impeccable bedside manner.

I have had shoulder pain and limited range of motion from a long distance biking session that has not gotten better and I decided I need to do something about it. I filled out some simple paperwork and began speaking with the doctor. I told her my symptoms and she immediately diagnosed my problem. She then tailored my adjustments to my injury and let me tell you I felt results IMMEDIATELY! That night I was able to sleep in a certain position with my shoulder injury that I haven't been able to do in months!!!
