When I confronted the owner she said she would not refund me but she would buy new hair and install at no cost. I have since been trying to reach her and reschedule for over one month now. No one has yet to return my calls or respond to my messages. I will now be reporting to the BBB. To top it off, I purchased an eye brow tattooing certificate as well and I also have yet to get a response to my calls to schedule. That cost was $375. I feel completely scammed. She is extremely reasonable cost wise, and was able to stay within my budget. She is friendly, sociable, and knowledgeable about every aspect of hair care, and the extensions themselves. Keri was able to color correct my hair and now I get compliments ALL the time on my blonde. Keri made the color fit to my skin tone... not just doing a standard blonde color across the board. I have an ashy skin tone, so my blonde is now more ashy rather than yellow and it has made ALL the difference. And the color is DIMENSIONAL. I love it. Not only is Keri great with color and blondes, but she also knows what products to use to keep your hair healthy, and she can educate you on what you should be using for your hair type. My hair is so long and healthy now, people literally all the time ask me if I have extensions... and I don't. (*Important to note that Keri does do the best extensions in town. This is feedback I've heard from other hair dressers in the building.) I have been going to Keri for over 4 years now.
