B) They are more then friendly, and allow me to explain my hair situation C) They give me a price point to start the process. I am not sure how well off the owner of Mane Attraction is, but coming back to Kerrville, and being treated in such a way by someone running a business is a bit shocking. In running a business it is hard to attract new customer in this economy, and this doesn't go very far in making me want to spend money in your establishment. So hopefully, other people's experiences are better, but I will be taking my hard earned dollar some place it is appreciated.

He's very informative about his community and neighbors. He stays booked out two months, but I'm so happy I was able to get in on a last minute cancellation. He and his partner also have attached to the salon a juice/smoothie bar as well as a yoga studio. They also have a pet grooming business in town in which also offers hand made pet treats. The salon holds a very expansive selection of hair care and makeup products from Aveda. I was able to meet his lovely esthetician who came out to offer a nice hand massage while I waited on my color. There is also a very cute courtyard in behind the salon to enjoy your juice or smoothie. I really loved the Asian combs he has on display and the story he told about how his friends had collected them and I would highly recommend Scott for your hair needs or just stop by for some juice and a snack for your best friend. A woman with gorgeous curly hair was leaving as the stylist, (Cheryl Arterburn, I soon learned) sent her off with a smile and a wave. As someone with unruly curls, I stopped and commented on the hairstyle and Cheryl beckoned me in. She assessed my hair and we set an appointment for later that day. All I can say is "Wow!" The cut was by far the best I've had in ages. Cheryl is a perfectionist and didn't stop until we were both satisfied with the results. I highly recommend her and this lovely salon/boutique.

That same night, the extensions started falling out and the next day, they completely fell out. I have attached photos. When I confronted the owner she said she would not refund me but she would buy new hair and install at no cost. I have since been trying to reach her and reschedule for over one month now. No one has yet to return my calls or respond to my messages. I will now be reporting to the BBB. To top it off, I purchased an eye brow tattooing certificate as well and I also have yet to get a response to my calls to schedule. That cost was $375. I feel completely scammed. I would not trust this place of business and will be taking these folks to small claims court
