She trimmed the bottom nicely, but the "face framing" layers went from mid ear downward to my chin - pretty much opposite of what you'd expect from face framing layers. I have a tendency to blame myself or my hair for cuts that don't work, but definitely not the case with this bad cut. All I can do now is keep it in a ponytail or headband and wait for growth.

Juliette was great and did a wonderful job. They also have nail and eyelash services. Glad we found them. The wife got a great cut last week. We will be back.
