I can't really say enough great things about this place!!! Picking a swim school for my anxious…read moreboys was a little nerve-racking for me but as soon as I came in to check it out, the girl behind the desk, Asha, was so warm, friendly and informative that I signed up right away. I'm very glad I did! My boys are no longer anxious but they look forward to coming and have progressed a lot. They've LOVED every single teacher/coach (Josh, Xavier, Selma and now Daniel!) that they've had! Their time here has been valuable and irreplaceable! The place is always neat and clean and it's so cool that the staff remembers your name from day 1. :-) Love love love Aquatots!!!

This place isn't a complete scam but it's surely guilty of unethical business practices. Their…read morebusiness model seems to be to bring your kids along as slowly as possible in order to maximize the money you put in. The fact they have a buy 10 months, get 2 free option is insane. In no world does it take 50-100 lessons (assuming 1-2 times per week) to learn to swim. They had my daughter stuck on level 3 of 8 for 13 or 14 lessons, which is a level that is more about becoming comfortable in/under the water and exposes them to hardly any actual swimming technique. It's a necessary step no doubt, but to string us along for 7 weeks in pool purgatory reeks of a cash grab. They will claim your child isn't hitting certain ambiguous benchmarks that are required in their system to advance, but these barometers are often ticky tack, non essential and/or are hard to quantify day to day. Many times they are things that get better with experience and exposure that is very limited or impossible in a 30 min class setting. If these criterion are to be taken seriously, the onus falls on the coach to get the kids to the next level with a reasonable sense of urgency which doesn't exist here. At the end of the day, if you're training, teaching or coaching someone and you claim they aren't meeting the mark that either you've created or exists naturally, then the failure of that student is on you. This basic level of accountability is not apparent at Aqua Tots. It's easier and more lucrative to tell what they need to work on or what they're doing wrong and charge you for another set of sessions than to get to the root cause to fix the supposed issue or to hide behind some obscure "standard" so you can keep students from progressing when they're clearly ready. After my twin 4 year olds and 7 year old completed the initial 8 lessons we bought, they obviously needed more. However, we could only afford to get my 7 y/o another 8 lessons. So due to convenience, familiarity, and an apparent misplaced hope that the school would do better, we continued. Much to our dismay, the aforementioned drawbacks continued as well. Bottom line, this swim school operates as a subscription based business. Swim lessons aren't cheap anywhere, so I recommend all who read this to spend that money with another swim school whose priority is endowing your child with the lasting life skill of swim, instead of how many lessons they can squeeze out of you.

I know 2025 is almost ending, and a lot of us have goals/gains to set for 2026. This club is quite…read morethe investment in helping me get back into shape as soon as I was cleared to workout postpartum. Let's just say going here on a weekly basis has maintained my physical and mental health! Here are my favorite parts: 1. Signature Group Training Classes: Many members don't know that our membership includes these awesome classes. If you've been to Orange Theory Fitness, the GTX classes are a very similar concept minus the rower. I love the combination of cardio and strength training, making you that strong hybrid athlete! Big shoutout to my favorite coaches - Christa on the weekdays; and Aaron on the weekends. 2. Dynamic Personal Training: Well, I thought I didn't need this since I've been exercising for years, but after taking a complimentary session, I decided to commit. I have to brag about coach Victoria. She has taught me so much! My form for upper body training was off all this time - apparently, I don't keep those shoulders down to avoid injury/strain. I'm now lifting heavier: weight down, more skeletal muscle mass, and less percent body fat. I could go on, but it's worth the extra money and time. 3. Lifetime app: If you can't make it to the gym, they have on demand classes to take your workout with you. I actually use this quite often when I can't make it there physically, and simply look at the training plan to help guide my workouts. 4. Kids Academy: You can drop off your kiddos before your workout to keep them entertained. This is a huge plus for busy parents, and the kids can sign up for classes. 5. Other cool amenities: There's a sauna, cafe, swimming pool, and spa. You literally can do your nails, but I haven't used their services yet. Oh, they even have pickle ball classes and obviously a pickle ball court for free play. 6. Equipment: I'm used to having only 2-3 squat racks and fighting/waiting on those. There's plenty to go around here! I also love to use those bumper plates; they keep them in good condition. 7. Treadmills: The treadmills are so nice to run on. They even have a sled pushing mode. I typically run on Bootcamp training mode to easily adjust the incline and speed. The only downside is they don't have a built-in fan. The entire place is kept pretty clean with a water filling station, fresh towels, mats, etc. I almost forgot to mention they have a recovery/stretch area. I can go on all day, but long story short, you should do a free tour to see what you're missing out on.

I've been training with Rochelle in Pilaties for a little over a year now, and not only has she improved my physical physique but also my knowledge about physical health! I learn something new every class. I can't imagine not having her in my weekly routine, her care for each of her students and her want for improving their daily lives is extremely evident. She's the best!
