I had an enjoyeable and wonderful experience @ Rent A Wheel...The staff was very friendly...The Store Manager "Damita" @ Rent A Wheel was just awesome because she goes out of her way to personally greet you, thoroughly explain the rental process, the products, and the install.. She made me feel very confident with my decision. She connects with all the customers and is very user friendly. Great Manager!!!! I also have to mention Sarah and Chris the Installer. Chris who worked very hard to get the install done also took the liberty of explaining the install, the hazard warranty, and the advantages of having the GPS System installed for my wheels/tires. The customer service is great. Demita was wonderful, she treated me like family. Andre is a very good help a fast worker and a friendly person. Sara is awesome she is so friendly i felt like i knew her for years. The customer service at this location is the best ever. The do the most in such little time. I did my application on line and I was thinking since the business was closed they will probably call me back on Monday but the store manager "Demetta" called me back and I didn't feel like I was rushed, she let me ask questions and she answered all of them with no attitude she treated me like she had all the time in the world to sit and answer my questions, she made me feel really comfortable. the service was great, the staff is very knowledgeable about rims and tires.you get 90 days same as cash so if you dont have the money up front you can pay over those 3 months, if not then you can pay low monthly payments for 52 weeks. there was a pair of rims that i wanted but they didnt have them yet so i got another pair that i didnt like as much but when i came back to make a payment i was able to switch to the ones that i wanted and that made me very happy. so if you are in the need of some rims this is definately a place you should check out read more

Great company to do business with it. I haven't made a rental payment in over 3 months and they still replace my tires when something goes wrong. They may call every day but you can get past that. Just a little friendly advice. If they give you a hard time at the store, call their corporate office and they wont able to repo your wheels like they tried to do to me once. Just tell them you dont have your stocks and you will be ok. If your in Shreveport store Ches is their boss ask for him at corporate. The harassment will stop then I promise. read more

I got a call from Gil at rent a wheel he was letting me know that they are an essential business and open to the community for free services if I needed anything that he would get me taken care of it just so happens that I need to set a tires and he gave me an excellent cash deal. Call Inesha on Mansfield Rd. Rent-a-Wheel she will take great care of you. Rent-a-Wheel is A great place to shop for wheels and tiers. They have easy financing. If your looking for a deal they have a great selection on barley used wheels and tiers. Even if you don't need financing there prices are the best in town. We did have a couple of problems the day they put my wheels and tiers on but they truly acted like they cared what the problem was and did everything they could to make me happy. I filled out my app on-line late Tuesday night and received a call from Demita the next morning. I get off pretty late during the week but Demita stayed at the shop until I got there to fill out my paper app as well as select the wheel I wanted. When I returned to get my wheels installed, I received the utmost customer service, I really felt welcomed and comfortable being around the staff.
