Wow! This was truly one of the best steaks I've ever had the pleasure of eating. The appetizers,…read moredeviled eggs and bacon-wrapped shrimp, were good. The Caesar salad was good, traditional, fresh, and the correct size. The garlic mashed potatoes were good. But the wagyu NY strip was just incredible. It was almost black on the outside and just warm on the inside, a perfect rare as wagyu beef should be. The meat was unctuous and delicious without being greasy or fatty. It was so richly umami flavorful, perfectly seasoned. It was just an excellent steak. The bourbon bread pudding was a huge serving and wonderfully flavorful. There was some nice bread to go with the meal too. The smoked old fashioned cocktail before dinner was excellent. And I got a nice Cabernet that perfectly paired with the steak. Our server was casual but friendly with a good balance of hospitality and service. This was truly a great dinner and one of the best steaks I've ever had... and all of this in Ennis, Texas. If you're reading this review, thank you... but just stop reading and go to Ruston Cattle Company.

Seating is not ideally comfortable for a one and a half to two hour dinner, ambience is not too loud, but not exactly leaning on the side of anything remotely formal. Good for groups, good if you like steak....I will say if you like steak that is overcooked with a 1/2inch burned crust and very salty. Was excited to try the wagyu filet but it was overdone and impossible to enjoy the tenderness when you had to bite through so much burnt. Noticed that they serve a crème brûlée, and unfortunately, it did not live up to it its hype: I received a oval dish about 6 inches long that had a smidge over - I kid you not - a quarter an inch of crème brûlée, including the soggy caramelized crust. When I ran my spoon from one end of the dish to the other, it barely filled up half the utensil - it was rather saddening. Now I am the kind of person that believes in at least a "two times whack" with the bottom of the spoon in order to break the lovely caramel crust on top of a crème brûlée; this poor little dessert was not even thick enough for the spoon to rest upon the crème brûlée without it sinking to the bottom of the dish instantly. Positive notes, our waitress was a little misinformed on the menu, she might've been new and so that was not her fault as she did well in trying to accommodate our party of three - one who is particularly hard of hearing - and their Caesar salad was average, but nothing outstanding, along with the potatoes and brussels sprouts we got along alongside the meal. All this being said, if you like a variety of big pieces of overcooked salted meat with a thick crust, this is the place for you.

Then the jerk person from FBM didn't respond back and the Ferguson guy was an ass too. I pay a lot of rent to be treated so shitty!! Don you suck and Edmond with all your mansplaining, still didn't take care of your custome. Future renters beware. They talk a good game then fall thru with any follow up.... And take no responsibility and don't even try to apologize. Dont fall for it, they suck at taking care of paying residents. And the Ferguson Electrical guy was a rude asshole!!!

When we moved into the house we were informed by landlord Josh Tay (easily the worst landlord of all time) that the house had some obvious things that were in need of replacement or repair and to let the company know what was serious. (New AC/Heater, new steps, completely insulate house, new windows, driveway) When maintenance is to be completed, there would be no heads up as to what day or what time they will arrive, some issues would linger for weeks or months, and when they finally arrived, it would always be around 7 am and they would wake you up with their drills or blasting music from their trucks. The employees had no care about anything or anyone. They would pull completely into the yard, on the sidewalk. they would also regularly leave nails and screws scattered all over the property, and purposely throw cigarettes'. Multiple times our internet cable under the house was cut because of the employees, and one time when I went outside to ask them about it, i was greeted with one of the workers full frontal nudity urinating in the very public front yard with plenty of young children and women around, next to our sidewalk to the front door. The entire year we stayed here we never did have a proper working A/C or heater, during the cold season we would have the heat set to 75 and the highest the apartment would get is maybe 60. During the Texas summer there was no point to running the old unit, it was just a waste of electricity. The landlord Josh Tay, is quite fake, no communication, uses cheapest resources and labor, and a blatant liar on more than one occasion. Altogether unfriendly, entirely company based do not care about renter whatsoever, and if you hope to get something at your rental fixed, be prepared to face hillbillies peeing in your VERY IN THE OPEN front yard blasting Green Day at 6 in the morning. If you are thinking about renting through this company, STOP, read this and reconsider.

When…read morecompleted, there was significant overspray of the color in an area that was not supposed to be colored (see pic). In addition, there was about a one foot piece of concrete that had broken off (see pic) where they had "kind of" tried to patch it without my noticing. They were quite expedient at cashing my check after they poured the slab. And my contact at the company repeatedly reminded me of their quality and their 10-year warranty. However, when I asked them repeatedly to repair these two issues over many many weeks - they were not too efficient. They did eventually come out and repair the paint overspray. However, the broken piece was never repaired. Many weeks of promises by them to repair the damage and finish the job - but nothing, I finally had to hire another concrete company to finish the job. These are some texts from my contact at JR & R Concrete: "Been busy gonna send a guy to fix it ill let you know when tommorow" [They sent this to me weeks ago - no follow up.] "Were out of town working that's why it hasn't been repaired we are in Moore Oklahoma working been here for 2 weeks be patient nothing crucial easy fix we will be back this weekend We will fix it when we're back in town" [That was 2 weeks ago - no follow up.] My advice with JR & R, caveat emptor.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I was contacted by this company after requesting quotes from…read moremultiple providers. I went with them because the salesperson seemed very knowledgeable and gave me the best price. They were able to come the same day to replace my unit, but that's where the positive experience ends. The crew they sent was very unprofessional. They tore down my fence, causing significant damage and refused to repair it until I would not release the funds from the loan company. Their crew left cigarette butts all over my backyard. In order to compensate for my damaged fence, they took $600 off the price only after I threatened to contact TLDR ( THEY DID NOT WANT THAT BECAUSE THEY ALSO KNOW THAT THEY FAILED TO GET THE PROPER INSPECTION REQUIRED BY LAW). Fast forward 11 months later, the unit has completely stopped working, and not only that, I discovered that they left my old furnace in the attic and did damage to the light fixture, even though the contract states that they will remove old equipment from the premises. I called the number on the invoice and got no answer but instead a text message stating they were busy helping other customers and to provide my name and what my issue was. I provided them with my name and issue in response to their text, and never received any response. I contacted the owner, Wilmer Navarro directly, since I had his phone number from the fence incident. He had come out to inspect personally and told me to call him directly if I ever had any issues. However, he did not respond either. I contacted the loan company good leap who provides their financing. Even though I have paid the loan in full, they said they will contact AC unit on my behalf, and get back with me in a couple of days. The woman I spoke with gave me the 888 number that I later found is listed on their website. I called the 888 number and a woman answered. After stating my issue, she said I needed to contact the 'service department' and that she didn't have the number on hand and that she would text it to me later. Very unprofessional. I never received any text from her. They offer a one-year parts and labor warranty, but obviously they do not honor it because they do not respond when there are problems. Now I have reported them to TLDR, so we will see what becomes of it and I will update this review. The owner is not reputable and does not stand behind his product. I'm sure they hope the unit will last at least a year since they will never provide warranty service or honor their contract.

They say it was a "miscommunication". While I was inside with techs coming to the conclusion I'd have to get a quote from a contractor before getting an AC quote from them, or at least find A quote from an HVAC repair place that will seal up anything they cut into, to I quote "make it fit". So they left my property and I continued with my day working from home when I was dizzy and hot. (They came at 10am Tuesday and I logged out of work early feeling dizzy and hot at 4:30pm.) When I saw my thermostat temp was high I checked inside system which was blowing but not cold and so I went to the outside and found my unit torn, ripped, pulled apart. No one told me this was happening, or that people were outside doing this, or did anyone care to mention it when they left!!!! I'm a single mother in Texas heat, during a pandemic, working contract supporting a hospital. My mother has taken us in to stay in her living room while we live out of a backpack and suitcase. They have not made this right. Instead the manager made mention that the owners are attorneys; are they heartless as well! I want a Texas judge tell me that in 100 degree weather, a single mother working from home for a hospital can be left without an AC. My family has pulled together to call every OTHER HVAC repair place to help. Not only other HVAC companies but, Texas Latinos, family from Costa Rica, and friends, to come together and help us. I will try to give daily updates and we are going to have to pay out of pockets to get our home livable and pray I don't lose my job. AC United hasn't returned my calls and I don't know if they plan to? I can't even report them to the Better Business Bureau, because they are not approved by them. I would instead reccomend the below companies; highly recommended: Ventura Mechanical LLC Rockwall One Hour Heating and Cooling Blue Zone Heating and Air 5Star HVAC Contractors A #1 Air Please see which one of these is closest to you and know that they are honest, professional, bilingual, and actually wear mask to protect during COVID19 pandemic, because your family safety is their priority.
