Daniel Hollingsworth came highly recommended from friends, and I was able to quickly pass him my expired estate/trust documents to 1) make them CA-compliant and 2) also insert my own needed updates to reflect my current estate situation. When I went to the Dunnion law firm I worked with Bridget Dunnion and Anna Marie, I thought they were great. When I was told the driver had no insurance and was being sued by numerous other people I thought there was no way to get any kind of payout. Bridget told me we could go after home owners insurance, they would cover it, which I would have never known on my own. Of course, they fought it, so it took a little over a year to reach a settlement, but the law firm kept me informed the whole time. I was eager to settle, as I couldn't work the whole time and needed the money, but also wanted a fair settlement, which we eventually got. Yes, their fee is high, but I felt it was worth it for the work they put in that I didn't have to worry about. They said the suit was worth more, but we hit the cap on what the policy would pay.
