I had no idea I was being charge $50 a month since April for a service I did not use one. When I went in to talk to management, they were super nice, but honestly completely lied. They told me that their system can show that my car did not go through the car wash more than once since April and that I should be able to get a refund since I did not approve this membership.. after telling me I will be most likely getting my $500 back, the manager calls me and says he can only refund 2 months. I said okay because it was better than nothing. The manager doesnt call me until I contact him and tells me he can extend my membership and "I got you an even better deal" WHAT????!!! It's absolutely not what I asked for. Basically, this place will just messes with you and keeps your card on file. Highly recommend watching the "promotions" and card on file as they are scammers!!!

Right off the bat, I was met with a pushy salesperson who insisted on walking me through the touchscreen process. Sometimes I just want to use the screen myself without being sold to or bothered. It's a simple thing, but it matters. When I asked for a receipt (because I was using a company card), I was told they were out of paper and there was no real alternative. Seriously? Get some paper. People need receipts for work and business expenses--this isn't a rare request. The amenities left a lot to be desired too. Unlike other car washes nearby, they didn't have any cleaning sprays or extras to tidy up the interior, the vacuum was weak, and no air freshener was provided. That's just basic stuff these days. Overall, I won't be back. I'd rather go to Bubble Down, Woody's, or Dan's--they're friendlier, better equipped, and simply more professional.

Since Mister Carwash took over this Carwash, it has seen a steady decline in the operability of the Carwash. For three weeks now the front left brushes that washed the drivers door and the drivers fender have not been working. The employees that work there says yes they know it's been three weeks but they have 47 locations and they don't consider this a priority. Totally unacceptable after I pay all this money every month for three separate cars and still I have to wipe the car down myself after every wash. Greed at its best!
