The wheel cleaner is way too aggressive when it clamps down. There is a mirror on the wall I watched as it impacted so hard it pushed in the side of the bumper breaking clips. It moved the whole car and yanked my steering wheel even holding it straight. I am going through the claim process and will update as things go.

It's a simple thing, but it matters. When I asked for a receipt (because I was using a company card), I was told they were out of paper and there was no real alternative. Seriously? Get some paper. People need receipts for work and business expenses--this isn't a rare request. The amenities left a lot to be desired too. Unlike other car washes nearby, they didn't have any cleaning sprays or extras to tidy up the interior, the vacuum was weak, and no air freshener was provided. That's just basic stuff these days. Overall, I won't be back. I'd rather go to Bubble Down, Woody's, or Dan's--they're friendlier, better equipped, and simply more professional.

Since Mister Carwash took over this Carwash, it has seen a steady decline in the operability of the Carwash. For three weeks now the front left brushes that washed the drivers door and the drivers fender have not been working. The employees that work there says yes they know it's been three weeks but they have 47 locations and they don't consider this a priority.
