I found this business through a Facebook advertisement because they had same-day availability,…read morewhich worked well with my schedule. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The team arrived later than expected, and I already had another appointment scheduled. Because of the delay, I even offered to change my appointment and attend it virtually from home so they would have more time if needed. Instead, I was told the vehicle was finished and ready to go, so I trusted that the detailing had been completed properly and left without performing a detailed inspection. Once I got home and had the opportunity to carefully inspect the vehicle, I found numerous areas that had clearly been missed. There was still dust throughout the interior, debris and even food underneath the seats, multiple crevices had not been cleaned, a toy was still under the seat after I had specifically pointed it out during the service, and the wheels appeared to have only been cleaned superficially. This was supposed to be a full interior and exterior detail. I immediately documented everything with photos and contacted the business the very same day. After reviewing my photos, the business agreed to return and correct the issues. Unfortunately, that's when the experience became even more frustrating. Multiple follow-up appointments were scheduled. One was confirmed for 8:00 AM, but no one showed up and there was no communication. I repeatedly tried to reach the business through private messages, phone calls, and even their booking assistant because I genuinely wanted to resolve everything privately. When I couldn't get a response, I left a few public comments simply trying to get someone's attention. As soon as I finally received a response and was told the follow-up would be completed, I stopped posting and continued communicating directly. Referring to that as an "ongoing public campaign" is simply not accurate. I understand that emergencies happen, and I genuinely sympathize with unexpected situations. However, the explanation I later received did not explain why the previously confirmed appointment had already been missed without any communication. What disappointed me most is that after reviewing my photos and agreeing to return to correct the missed areas, the business ultimately withdrew its agreement to complete the follow-up and did not provide any refund. I paid in full, relied on their promise to make it right, rearranged my schedule multiple times, and was ultimately left without either the agreed correction or a refund. The photos speak for themselves. They were taken immediately after the service, before the vehicle was used again, and clearly show why I requested a follow-up. I encourage anyone considering this business to review them carefully and make their own assessment. Every business can make mistakes. What truly defines a business is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, that was the most disappointing part of my experience. I gave the business every opportunity to make things right, but in the end, they chose not to honor the commitment they had already made.

Right off the bat, I was met with a pushy salesperson who insisted on walking me through the touchscreen process. Sometimes I just want to use the screen myself without being sold to or bothered. It's a simple thing, but it matters. When I asked for a receipt (because I was using a company card), I was told they were out of paper and there was no real alternative. Seriously? Get some paper. People need receipts for work and business expenses--this isn't a rare request. The amenities left a lot to be desired too. Unlike other car washes nearby, they didn't have any cleaning sprays or extras to tidy up the interior, the vacuum was weak, and no air freshener was provided. That's just basic stuff these days. Overall, I won't be back. I'd rather go to Bubble Down, Woody's, or Dan's--they're friendlier, better equipped, and simply more professional.

It's too bad that the car wash itself is so crappy. The employees there are great. They are very…read morewelcoming and polite. But the maintenance on the equipment leaves a lot to be desired. Two of the brushes aren't even working. An overhead one in the washing section. And one on the driver side during the rinse. As a result, I have to wipe off all the soapy water on the driver side of the car. Another problem is, your car gets pushed out of the blower/drying area before the back is dry or even partially dry. And now the monthly rates for the basic unlimited service went up from $21to $26. I think I'm going to cancel my membership.
