Accidents happen but this was consistent damage and reporting the incidences had minimal, shorted lived effect. The final straw came when they weed whacked two clearly tended and mulched flower beds totally obliterating 10-12 perennials. Their lawn service was the worst I've had. Snow removal was fine, they were timely and did a good job with the driveway and walk. Leaf removal was OK but expensive - $565 for less than an acer of property.

The original estimate was simple and they are very quick to schedule you and give you an estimated time frame (weather dependent). Overall, they did a great job. I will say, they are a bit on the pricey side compared to other companies in the area. We had gotten an estimate for some powerwashing/roof cleaning and their quote came in the highest so we unfortunately didn't use them for that service. However, they do a fantastic job. I'm sure the quality of their work is there. We just didn't to spend so much money at the time. They also take credit cards which is a plus!
