I saw Dr. Jones for a recent injury when Dr. Felton's schedule was full. He provided excellent treatment as well. He was very thorough and accurate in his treatment. Dallas is a very peppy and fun PT. She makes therapy fun without compromising the quality of her care, making sure you do the exercise correctly and counts for me to make sure I do it fully. STAY AWAY! First of all, big cult vibes. Second, there's no way this is safe!…read moreI was going to leave it alone, but they keep calling me despite request not to and it's not okay. I've never had such a deeply unpleasant experience as I have here. Went in for a new patient set of 2 appointments as I was having neck pain, scan went fine, although it seemed weird that the dr I spoke to on intake was not the doctor I saw on the 2nd visit. The first appointment they just do the scan. Why they split up the appointments I don't know but it seems like a deeply disrespectful approach to customer's time. 2nd visit was awful. They bring you into a room with other patients and YELL about why chiropractic treatment is good, claiming that we need it (trying to instill fear as a morally defunct sales tactic), and talking down to you the whole time. They also take a snake-oil approach claiming that it can cure EVERYTHING. It might help with neck pain, but it's not going to 'cure' someone's ADHD. Any statement of doubt or concern is responded to with more yelling (they have not heard of inside voices) and doubling down on 'the neck is connected to everything so this will fix everything" like a cult. Notice the don't actually explain what they will be doing to your body during this "explanation". I tried to raise awareness of some non-neck related concerns at this point, I wanted them to be gentle around my abdomen for reasons. This concern was brushed off with more receptive language. They also VERY aggressively tried to sell me on supplements and were incredibly rude when I explained that I was already on dr prescribed vitamins + meds and did not want to add more pills to that; dismissing any concern because "ours are better". Briefly tried the "adjustment", after very very uncomfortably pressing loud large metal parts of the bench into me (ignoring my ask to be gentle around my abdomen) the lady cracked my neck very roughly and loudly. I had NOT consented to this! And it had NOT been explained that this was what would happen. I left, I was so angry I could hardly speak and told them to not contact me again. They ignored that too. This kind of quack pseudo-science fix everything snake oil cure is why people end up paralyzed or worse from these places! I do not for a second believe that the people working here have any kind of medial training. They do have plenty of sales/cult training. DO NOT GO HERE or anywhere similar!!!!! Find a licensed physical therapist instead! (Also they claim they will be covered by insurance, they are not.)
