My problem is the number of vacuums that DO NOT work. They also do not routinely restock the cloths and refill the spray containers to clean your vehicle. To me, this is a necessity as I could easily switch to another car wash that does provide those things. Please improve the experience for your customers by making sure the vacuums are working properly and the supplies are maintained and restocked more frequently.

BLUF: It's a decent self-service car wash…read more The guy and I came to this car wash last week (Sunday, I believe), so he could wash his car. Long story short, it was extremely packed, which is fine, I mean it was a holiday weekend with nice weather - that's to be expected. However, the thing that was annoying is that at all of the vacuum stations, it specifically says "NO DETAILING". ALL of the vacuum stations were filled with ignorant, rude, obnoxious people who were basically detailing their entire car in the vacuum spots, which obviously meant that no one else could use the areas to vacuum out their cars. None of the employees were making any effort to fix this, and I think that's unacceptable. They were too worried about pushing the line through to the car wash, but what's the point of doing that if you're going to have a huge back up at the end of the wash and into the vacuuming area. -__- Overall, I'm sure it's much better when it isn't busy, but this particular visit was sort of a turn off for me.
