I came in here on a Saturday one hour before close with no appointment, and they still were able to help me with only a 10 minute wait. It turns out that I had a screw in my tire, and they were able to patch it for very low price. Service was friendly and efficient. Warning, they generally won't run a credit card for less than $50. So if you just need a tire patch to bring cash. I can't recommend this place enough! read more

I was there a couple of days ago pay for a set of tires and I stepped out for a second and came back to pick up my car. They took my old tires and sold them to another customer that's illegal. They are avoiding sales tax the place rundown workers are not getting paid correctly $10 an hour. Some customers be returning back because the patches were not done correctly or the balance and he wants $50 per tire when he takes him off a customer's car after they just pay five dollars for disposal and resell them. read more

This is my go to tire place when I notice a leak ahead of time. They are first come first serve so be prepared to wait if you don't get there right away. I almost always try to get there right when they open. Last week when I went, they checked my tire and patched it right up for me. Price was reasonable 20 something dollars. I'll continue to go here though I hope I won't need to! read more

I called this morning asking for an appointment to fix a flat and they told me it was first come first served. That made me nervous because I was driving on a donut and didn't wanna drive all the way there just to have to go somewhere else. I got there and they started helping me immediately. Everyone was very nice, professional, and efficient. I was there about half an hour or less and they changed two of my tires. They didn't try to upset me or trick me. I was in desperate need of a tire. I had to pull over on the side of the road and pump up my tire twice before I arrived there (about 20 min before they closed). Gary and Cesar were friendly and professional. The nail in my tire was in an area that couldn't be fixed/patched. So they were able to put on a used tire for a very reasonable price. I have been here a few times and have had great service but my last experience was extremely poor. I have never purchased a used tire before so I was a little skeptical. I asked what kind of guarantee they offered on their used tire. He said a 30 day replacement. I asked how long the tire should last and I quote, " If it lasts 30 days it will last a year." Walked out to my car a couple days ago and the used tire was flat. (No nails or anything visible in the flat tire) I put my spare on and called Ray Tann's up. It had been 38 days since buying the tire... I asked if I could get some money off a new tire or anything. They gave me a flat out NO... Stopped in at 8 on a Monday morning with a slow leak. Guy jacked up my Mini immediately and got the tire off. Turns off AAA hadn't yanked out all debris when they fixed and plugged the tire a month ago. Hole was patched and I was on the road in 20 minutes. Great, fast customer service.
