I bought a dishwasher on Friday. I was told it would be delivered on Monday and then installed on Tuesday. It's not being delivered on Monday. They also never gave me any time frames for when anyone might be out here. I finally got a call from a recording telling me what time they will be here...a four hour window and no one asked what might be a good time of day for me. The time they picked is during a time when I cannot be here. Also I cannot get a manager to speak to me in regards to this situation. I am calling now to cancel my order. They do not work to ensure the customer is happy or that they are working FOR the customer. Its their way or the highway. Oh, I was actually just told on the phone that if I can't be here for THEIR preferred install time, I can come get my money back. Thanks, I will.

The sales guys will lie about availability just to make a sale, and then they don't communicate with you at all about a backorder or dates. The warranty dates will be way off because they don't update the actual install dates with manufacturers or give you any kind of install ticket, costing you months of warranty time. it is a jumbled mess over there and they are completely unapologetic about their huge mistakes. The only positive is some of their installers are great.

They unfortunately didn't have it in stock but told me where I may find it. I had no luck but was able to find it on Amazon. I checked it against the faucet the had quoted it was from and it looked totally different. But the part looked the same. I decided to risk it and order the part anyway. As it turns out....they were right. The faucet canister slid right in and my leak was fixed. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you even when they don't make a sale. But don't worry they will next time because they have my business for sure and I happy to recommend them to whoever needs plumbing parts. Nice job guys.
