Read the room. They are understaffed, I had a girl take my blood pressure then proceeded to call her higher up because she didn't know how to pick the correct labs I needed to do. Then I wait 3 weeks for results I end up calling the desk and they keep switching me to different departments then just hang up. I call back and explain they are just putting me on hold and hanging up but before I even finished they rude receptionist interrupted to say IF YOUR ON HOLD ITS BECAUSE WERE WAITING FOR THE DOCTOR... I told her the line is hanging up from your end and she said hold please... such a waste of time teach them decorum

Both lab techs I saw have been great, easy stick with no pain. I have the proper referrals and am very happy so far. They seem to offer a lot for seniors. EVERYBODY was nice and easy to relate with.
