She has transformed the maintenance team and front office staff into individuals that really take pride in their work. People always like to blame others when the pool goes down, or there is a water shut off. We had similar problems when we lived in our house, truly no one's fault. Wendy also worked diligently to get us our money back when there was an overcharge for the gas bill several months ago. This resulted in a complete refund of the over charge. We think people need to get their facts right before they share untruths in a review.

When we applied, we explicitly informed management that we had a child, and they approved us. We always paid on time, followed every lease term, and did nothing illegal. However, our experience turned into a nightmare. From the beginning, the downstairs neighbor constantly complained about basic, everyday daytime noise--such as walking, talking, laughing, or cooking. Instead of properly investigating or remaining neutral, the landlord, Lisa, immediately took the neighbor's side. quickly escalated into intentional harassment: Harassment & Sleep Deprivation: The downstairs neighbor started deliberately banging on her ceiling (our floor) in the middle of the night to wake up our child and force us to move out. Invasion of Privacy: Lisa actually sent maintenance/staff members to stand directly outside our apartment door to listen in and secretly record our private conversations on audio devices. This is a severe breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. Broken Lease Rules: While the lease strictly advertises a "non-smoking" policy, residents smoked throughout the entire building (from the 1st to the 3rd floor). The hallways and building constantly smelled like heavy tobacco smoke, and management did nothing about it. In the end, we were essentially forced out, wasting a huge amount of our time and money.
