Half way through the project, they altered the bathrooms, added two niches (one on each bathroom, one on the guest one on the master) and a retaining wall (on the master), all covered in marble installed in French Patern layout (everyone in the field, knows how much more complex is for that type of job). No problem, told them how much it was going to be additionally, management okayed it. I delivered the work in two weeks, which was within the agreed period. Great! When i went to pick up payment, they started delaying my payment, with stupid excuses, each time with a different one. The very last one, believe it or not; they wanted for me to furnish a receipt showing, "paid in full", before they issue the payment (real sketchy stuff). I would stop by their office everyday, with something new they had asked for. Finally when they gave a check, it was short all the extra work, including the niches, additional wall construction and installation, etc. Tried to collect speaking with every manager/owner, secretary at that office... unsuccessfully. Absolute TRASH TYPE OF PEOPLE... THIEVES! I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. There're plenty of honest hard working people, at other places right around the corner, take for an example Metro Tile, right down Shirley street, worked for them for years, HONEST PEOPLE and 100 times better materials.
