Not my business but I think it's something you save for when there are no patients inside the lobby. Service was relatively fast as well. The nurse giving me the booster shot took a little longer than what I've experienced in all the vaccines I've gotten in my life but perhaps she just hasn't had a lot of experience with giving shots. She was really nice though! Overall, the whole experience was fine. Speedy and I got what I needed.

Of every 1 dollar spent, $.96 cents goes back into life saving clinical research. We believe in clinical research, so this is aligned with what we support. Most of all, the staff is kind and the best part is that (when needed) they hand deliver your prescription drugs.

I didn't even want to sit down. The nurse no wasn't wearing a name tag, didn't introduce herself and didn't ever verify any of my information. She never asked my name or date of birth. I could've been anyone and she just assumed I was who she thought I was. She couldn't get the IV in and at that point I decided to cut my loses, listen to my gut intuition and get out of there. I've tried filing complaints but evidently infusion centers are not governed by any government agency or department. I spoke to Dr. miller once about the visit and he didn't seem to care. He was going to follow up with me and I never heard anything back from him.
