I was in nursing homes twice to receive IV's 4 times a day the first round and 6 times a day the second round for a spine infection, osteomyelitis from an infection that had travelled from my lung to my spine via my bloodstream. Later, I discovered I had a colonized infection in my urinary tract. I travelled to the urologist that had discovered the infection for 10 days to receive injections but it was not cured. My insurance company sent me to Dr. Haddad. Nice office, nice Dr., and over 45 miles from me. Here's my gripe. He ordered a test from Labcorp to check the level of colonization. After he received the results, he ordered an antibiotic which I took. Then he wanted to have a teleconference before he even ordered another test to see if the antibiotic had worked. Why would he do that? What would be gained other than him billing my insurance for the teleconference. I canceled the teleconference and explained my position about a wasted billing and his office just blew me off with a phone message. I have no idea if I still have the pseudomonas because, I never had any symptoms and he knew that going in. I went because my primary Dr. said it wasn't great to have it in my system. read more

Small clinic inside a medical center building. Staff was friendly for the most part. I did overhear two staff talking negatively about clients/patients over something small. Not my business but I think it's something you save for when there are no patients inside the lobby. Service was relatively fast as well. The nurse giving me the booster shot took a little longer than what I've experienced in all the vaccines I've gotten in my life but perhaps she just hasn't had a lot of experience with giving shots. She was really nice though! Overall, the whole experience was fine. Speedy and I got what I needed. read more

Came here for a Covid-19 Booster Shot. The People at the front desk were very helpful in, helping fill out the forms. The lady that gave me the Vaccine was very nice and charming. I never got a chance to meet the doctor, but I can imagine with this Quality Crew He's pretty good at his Job. I would highly recommend this Place. read more

Horrible business!!! I scheduled my son for 2nd Covid vaccine 3 weeks ahead of time and got confirmation emails and texts. I even got texts over the last 3 days reminding me of my sons appt for today. Today, one hour before his appointment I got a text reminding me of his appointment at 4:15. We arrive and the light are out, doors are locked and no one is here!! They are completely closed!!! No notices on the door, no emails, no phone calls, it's there normal business days and times and they are completely closed. My son took two days off to get this vaccine and they completely screwed him! Poor business!!!!! read more

First Covid shot. Easy appointment setting, several reminders, quick signing in..... In and out in about 25 minutes, including the 15 waiting post-jab. They did a great job with the shot itself. The anticipation was far worse than the actual injection. read more

It's tough finding an appointment to get a Moderna booster before the holidays, but after lots of searching I found Dr. Haddad's clinic. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. My husband & I needed to get our Covid boosters shots and nowhere else had any availabilities so I'm grateful that Dr. Haddad opened this vaccine clinic. His front desk staff are knowledgeable, kind & efficient. I especially like that you are able to fill out your patient documents via a text link. The doctor had us back in a room and gave us our vaccines within 5-10 min. The doctor was also very kind, which is definitely not something you see very often. Also, I had lost my vaccination card and the front desk was able to give me a new one which was incredibly kind. Yesterday my wife and I had the privilege of meeting Doctor Haddad for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. He was warm and personal and took a comfortable amount of time to diagnose my wife's medical situation. He offered a couple self help issues which will be helpful, he reviewed medicines she was presently taking and what additional medicines that would be helpful. I was especially impressed that he reviewed with us medical references on line and prior to our leaving had his assistant print the information for us to take with us. Additionally, last night when I was walking my dogs in our neighborhood, I received a cell phone call and it was Doctor Haddad wanting to insure which pharmacy to send my wife's prescription to. I have had several very poor experiences with Martin at the front desk. He is often very rude and conveys a sarcastic attitude which is completely unprofessional. The rest of the staff is generally great; however, he should maybe consider additional training in customer service. He is the first point of contact for many patients and healthcare professionals - which is unfortunate! read more

Not much to say because my referral to Dr. Haddad was a bum lead by another doctor who told me that Dr. Haddad treated chronic Lyme disease. Dr Haddad ran a few tests to rule out other problems. One of the tests was positive but needed to be reviewed by a rheumatologist. He was respectful in telling me that he knew how to treat acute Lyme disease, but not chronic Lyme. He did not refer me to a psychiatrist. That is to his credit. Unfortunately he could not give me a referral, which from what I have seen so far, was probably wise. All in all, a neutral experience, and that is probably a good review. read more
