They've been out multiple times to assess and pump, always assuring us that there were no problems. One time their solution was simply to shovel dirt from the empty lot next door to pile up in the standing water. Job done. Absolute morons, dishonest with no integrity. We now have to pay another company to dig a new drain field because Ford's botched it the first time and refused to acknowledge their negligence (or outright incompetence), taking advantage of our ignorance on the subject as first-time home owners.

Roy, the owner, came by to inspect my septic system in High Springs and told me what I already…read moresuspected. I needed a new drain field. His price was 25% less than anyone in Alachua County and was very thorough in his explanation. Roy and his crew showed up as scheduled and they discovered the old drain field was put in improperly in that the water had nowhere to go because the pipes were flowing uphill. That and the field was packed with cheap packing popcorn. They were done by 11a and the inspector by noon. His crew graded the area perfectly even and I couldn't be happier with their work.
