The ad for Live Oak Plumbing and the review led me to believe they were the best for the broken frozen pipe I had. When I called them, a recorded message stated they only do new home repair. not any of the other things they advertised. He stated he would come out this date, but I informed him that I could wait, so we scheduled a time for him to come the next day. Didn't even show up to the correct Address to begin with was then told that we have to dig up the pipe running from the toilet to the septic tank And he'll be back in two days. Two days later comes and replaces everything except septic tank This was on a Friday. Clog reappeared after 20 flushes or between 12 and 24 hours. Call back Monday because they are not open on Saturday and Sunday was told it would be Friday before they come out again. Friday came out snaked all the way to the septic. And again worked for about 20 flushes or between 12 and 24 hours. They are supposed to build me for that one. The first time they came out, the bill was $320. This time the bill is $150. I cannot keep calling them every other day to come and fix a clog that was supposed to be fixed the first time call them today Monday again got a hold of Leah telling her the problem. She had a nasty attitude telling me that when he left it was clear that that's just how their scheduling works when I ask for someone to come out today and she said they cannot. Then told her I'm not paying them to temporarily fix the clog but to completely fix the clog and told her that this is the third time me calling and everything has been replaced she wants to tell me I haven't paid when I'm supposed to be billed even said that she just got the invoice to bill me. She then wants to say that it was fixed when her technician left, but it was only temporarily fixed because the clog is still there she then goes onto tell me that. they can have someone out here tomorrow to fix the issue again for the third time but it's not a guaranteed fix because other things might be in play as roots in the septic tank or the Customer putting things down the toilet. I then tell her. The only thing that we've been putting down the toilet is waste material from the body and toilet paper that is meant to go in the toilet She then repeats herself saying she can have someone out here tomorrow if I want to be put on the schedule to fix it, but I will have to pay again. I tell her I cannot be paying for them to come out every 2 to 3 days and be calling every Other day for it to be a temporary fixed, she ignores me Puts me on hold then again doubles down on rescheduling, but I will have to pay. This is ridiculous for me to continuously pay for them to fix a clog. And get blamed that it's my fault for a clog that was supposed to be fixed and for her to have an attitude and nastiness in a professional work environment that she is in is unacceptable. They do not fix the issue that they were given to fix they temporarily do it and think that's good enough. Would not recommend this business to anyone for anything.

They called on the day of service to say they were on their way. Then made swift work of finding my tank and removing the dirt to access the tank. I had some issues on my end, but they were able to come back later to complete the pump out in a timely manner. TL/DR - Highly recommend this company from office to field.

I am revising my original review to tell my experience with Reliance Heating and Air. Approximately…read moreone year ago I paid over $700 cash to have all the over 20 year old AC ducting replaced under my mobile home by this company. As a senior citizen I struggle to save for months to have enough funds for maintenance and upkeep of my property. I just had a new AC system installed this year and found out from the installer that all my ducting was not replaced like I thought and that I would owe an additional $400 to replace the original ducting that was falling apart. I had no other choice but to pay it because the new AC system had to be inspected to approve the loan. I called Reliance about the extra expense now for something I thought was taken care of a year ago and it wasn't. I was told their accounting receipt showed I only paid $75 when in reality I paid over $700 for a job that wasn't completed. My mistake was paying in cash and not getting a hand written receipt at the time of the replacement of the ducting. The receipt was digital and I did not have a way to print it out nor did I realize I needed to save a photo of the digital receipt. If they can blatantly take advantage of a senior citizen like me then it makes me wonder how many others have been taken advantage of. It's disgraceful yet Reliance had no intention of fulfilling the contract of their services even after I called them out on it.
