They don't know the law and could not handle the simplest of tasks during the 9 months I was forced to work with them. 2. Errors. They made 32 errors during this time, all which I fortunately found and corrected before consequences were experienced by me. My brother was just looking for a reason to sue me over my administration of my dad's trust (for no legal reason) and any one of these areas could have created liability on my part. One example was being off on the numbers by over $100,000! They made numerous mathematical errors that would have over promised funds to my brother and the other beneficiaries. 3. Response time. Over and over again, there would be 3+weeks before they got back to me with any response. If you don't care about time, this would not be an issue to you, but as someone just wanting it all to be over, this essentially doubled the time frame it took to resolve the trust (in addition to their errors). 5. Finally (to keep it to a minimum), over-charging and double-billing. Numerous, numerous times, they billed to fix their errors and double billed their time. This is unethical and I will file with the CA Bar Association about it and will not pay these charges. What a racket! Make mistakes, bill for time to read emails from your client about the mistake, bill for fixing the mistake, bill to email the corrected documents, bill for correcting info to the opposing counsel, etc, etc. what a complete racket. Stay far away from this firm and best of luck in whatever legal situation you are in! All of my other Yelp reviews are very positive, so understand that I am not a complainer - this experience was appallingly bad.
