Garret's estimate was very accurate and mentioned to the insurance company that once they took the bed apart, he suspected the damage was going to be more extensive. After talking to several people in the auto industry, everyone said that Joe Neubert was the best place in town for auto body work, so I went to Joe Neubert and my experience was exceptional. They listened to my concerns and did an amazing job repairing my truck. I can't see any evidence of the damage from the accident. When they were looking at the damage to my truck bed, I also pointed out a really nasty scrape on the side of my truck bed that had been there since before the accident. I asked if they would please work up a separate estimate for me apart from the insurance claim and they agreed to do that. When it was time to pick up my truck, I realized that they never sent me the separate estimate for the nasty scrape on the side of my truck bed. To my surprise and delight, they just decided to fix it for free! Thank you Joe Neubert Collision. You have an outstanding reputation in Knoxville from people in the auto industry. I'm glad I asked around. Also, I forgot to mention, their estimate came in $500 cheaper than the previous collision center.
