The oil has been overdue for several months now. Don't want any further issues or any for that matter. Maria informed me that they are about two weeks out on getting appointments for an oil change. I had a schedule for two weeks out at 11 AM on a Friday. I parked my car when I arrived in a lot adjacent to the service area. The woman at the front desk told me to pull in the service garage. Guess they don't do that here. There is a cool Shelby for sale for $165k. It looks amazing. Iris waited on me at the first desk. $72 is quite reasonable for an oil change, tire rotation and break check. Takes about an hour and a half. At the lounge before 11AM. I am number 82, will call me on the monitor when I am done. They even sent me a text message in case I need to communicate back to the service department at all. They are closed at 1PM due to the Woodward dream cruise today. My car was done in less than 40 minutes. Not too bad. Service was good from beginning to end. Payment was easy as well at the cashier.

BUYER BEWARE: Smoke odor, hidden air fresheners, and no response…read more I truly regret purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. We were interested in the car because it had low mileage, one previous owner, and no reported accidents. However, the salesperson repeatedly moved forward with paperwork while delaying our opportunity to see and carefully inspect the vehicle. Looking back, that should have been a major warning sign. The process felt rushed, evasive, and focused on completing the sale rather than making sure we understood the true condition of the vehicle. After the purchase, I discovered a significant cigarette-smoke odor that transfers to my clothing and hair after driving. Because I work in hospitals and meet regularly with healthcare professionals and leaders, this has created a serious professional problem for me. The dealership arranged for two detailing treatments, including a chlorine-based odor treatment. Each treatment helped at first, but the odor returned. During the second detailing, the shop found and collected approximately 20 small air fresheners hidden throughout the vehicle. The vehicle also has staining on the headliner that appears related to prior smoking. Finding that many hidden air fresheners clearly shows that they were trying to mask the odor rather than honestly disclosing the state of the vehicle. Had I known the car had been smoked in to this extent, I NEVER would not have purchased it. I sent the dealership a detailed written request asking them to either unwind the transaction or exchange the vehicle for a comparable smoke-free vehicle. I gave them five business days to respond. Eight days have now passed, and they have not responded at all. I tried to resolve this privately and gave the dealership multiple opportunities to make it right. Instead, I am left with a vehicle that continues to smell like cigarette smoke and a dealership that is no longer communicating with me. The next step is filing a complaint with the Michigan Department of State and going from there.
