Had some initial discussion through their website and email with Jamall. Then I just walk in, told him what model and color I want, confirm the price and discount. Paid a $500 deposit, 6 month later I picked up my truck. Before I picked up, 80% of the work can be done through email exchanges. I think Sales prefer it that way too. I only had to be in the dealership for about 1 hour to pick up my truck, just to sign a lot paperwork and verify everything. Only down side is, Ford right now only offer 5.5% for 48month even with good credit unless you are buying something no one wants like a Mach-E . I can't comments on service/repair yet. But Sales team is very good and efficient.

The oil has been overdue for several months now. Don't want any further issues or any for that matter. Maria informed me that they are about two weeks out on getting appointments for an oil change. I had a schedule for two weeks out at 11 AM on a Friday. I parked my car when I arrived in a lot adjacent to the service area. The woman at the front desk told me to pull in the service garage. Guess they don't do that here. There is a cool Shelby for sale for $165k. It looks amazing. Iris waited on me at the first desk. $72 is quite reasonable for an oil change, tire rotation and break check. Takes about an hour and a half. At the lounge before 11AM. I am number 82, will call me on the monitor when I am done. They even sent me a text message in case I need to communicate back to the service department at all. They are closed at 1PM due to the Woodward dream cruise today. My car was done in less than 40 minutes. Not too bad. Service was good from beginning to end. Payment was easy as well at the cashier.

I was worried the job would be costly and take a long time to complete but it took only a few days and the price was reasonable. I'm not going anywhere else for maintenance or repairs.

First incident that popped up was a Check Engine light the day I bought the car (JULY 3RD) and drove off (there wasn't ANY LIGHTS ON THE DASH WHEN I TEST DROVE THE CAR!!) THE light was for an Emissions Purge Valve. I took it in last Monday July 13th and got the car back Tuesday July 14th. Daniel was the service advisor who took care of my transaction. Second incident just popped up yesterday July 19th 2026 while I was driving on the freeway. I came off the ramp and my car was SMOKING from the left front. I pulled over and saw that my coolant was EMPTY! SO I decided to fill the coolant to the max line and drive back home which is only 10 mins away and pulled up and behold the coolant is EMPTY again. Took it into service today July 20th 2026 (Daniel took care of the transaction again) they found out it was a weak hose clamp that caused the coolant leak. So picked up the car at 10:45am today and drove home. I open the hood and the cap on the coolant was not SECURELY closed so I had to close it ALL the way. The liquid was past the Max line but I was told by service advisor it was because the engine was running which made it look like it was filled past the line. It has ONLY BEEN 2 WEEKS since I had this car so I am really worried in what's going to happen next... I did pay extra money for a 2 year Warranty (thank God) because if I hadn't I would be paying hundreds of dollars for the fixes I have already came across. Please if you do buy from this dealership PLEASE just BEWARE of what you're buying before getting stuck... My Sales Advisor was Joshua Arcos. Will update if need be!

In addition to car sales, Nick is an excellent mechanic who works on cars they sell and other cars, as well. He was able to replace a part on my 25-year-old classic air-cooled Porcshe which most mechanics won't touch, even at dealerships. Additionally, Wael and Nick both go out of their way to do everything possible to make your car situation well work for you. Forget the stereotypes about car dealers. These are real people who I am proud to be associated with. I have had experiences with dealers and mechanics who are less than completely honest. I trust Wael and Nick like they were my own brothers. Give Classic City Cars a visit if you are in the car market or just need a great mechanic for your current ride.

Wael was courteous and knowledgeable about classic cars, and he had a surprisingly good selection. Further, he offered to keep an eye out for clean versions of a few of my bucket-list projects. Ultimately, I bought a great, low-mileage Land-rover Defender 110 that was very clean and honestly represented at a fair price. Wael agreed (and took his own time) to take the vehicle to an inspection of my choice prior to the purchase. The inspection confirmed the condition of the vehicle represented. After that, the negotiation was minimal, the sales process simple, and the registration/titling was all handled thoroughly. Wael even followed-up in person with the Secretary of State to ensure all the paperwork was correctly processed. I'd gladly recommend Classic City Cars to anyone.
