I was worried the job would be costly and take a long time to complete but it took only a few days and the price was reasonable. I'm not going anywhere else for maintenance or repairs.

I'm also getting the routine maintenance done on my Subaru across the street at Hodges. They're great, I would highly recommend them for your next adventurous, gas saving, mom-mobile. Finally. The reason I'm sitting in Sam's grill, writing this riveting review. When I say HORRENDOUS, it's purely because the litany of disparaging descriptions I want to associate with my recent visit to this dealership would be far too long. Mind you, this is my first time ever setting foot in their "establishment." Walking through the lot, I was impressed with how vast an inventory they squeeze into their city sized lot. Even found myself eyeballing an expedition. Stepping through their doors, I'm greeted by everything but a ford employee. Must be a bit early, or perhaps I'm interrupting an important morning meeting. I proceed through the showroom, the longways, in front of the sales offices that are adorned with privacy glass, yet I can hear voices. Anyways, I head to the parts and service department to inquire about....parts and service. Finally, a visual sign of life. Three supposed attendants, or whatever they prefer to be addressed as. There's one young man ahead of me, so I settle in line behind him, not literally behind so I make my presence known. Ya know, the service and parts, part. I figured it wouldn't be a long wait, seeing as there's three desk attendants and currently only myself and the gentleman already being helped. Welp, that's what I get for assuming. I stood in the line of one, becoming ever more impatient, for what had to have been ten to fifteen minutes without so much as an acknowledgment of my existence. To wrap this up, for all of our sanity sake, I find it HORRENDOUS that one can enter a dealership, let alone step foot on their lot, and not see anyone roaming said lot, attending the showroom floor, or front reception desk, but as for the rest of the list of words I choose not to offer this review, that would describe the fact that one can venture the long way through your dealership, find what I thought was the necessary department to address my needs, only to stand in a "line" of one other patron, and receive not a glimpse, not a word, not an acknowledgment of presence, perhaps followed by a "be right with ya", NOTHING. I mean NOTHING. I get that it's 2026, and to expect silly pleasantries like "Hello" or "Good morning" are naive and foolish in today's society, but NOT A (exploitive) WORD.....? PS. Don't meet the same fate I did by making assumptions. This review is lengthy, well worded and punctuated (somewhat), and fairly articulate, but I'm a 34 year old, decent looking, well built guy who's not intimidating or hard to approach. I leave you with that to only further emphasize my dumbfounded-ness pertaining to whatever that was I just witnessed, or total lack thereof. The one star was required to leave the review, claim it proudly.

Had some initial discussion through their website and email with Jamall. Then I just walk in, told him what model and color I want, confirm the price and discount. Paid a $500 deposit, 6 month later I picked up my truck. Before I picked up, 80% of the work can be done through email exchanges. I think Sales prefer it that way too. I only had to be in the dealership for about 1 hour to pick up my truck, just to sign a lot paperwork and verify everything. Only down side is, Ford right now only offer 5.5% for 48month even with good credit unless you are buying something no one wants like a Mach-E . I can't comments on service/repair yet. But Sales team is very good and efficient.

The oil has been overdue for several months now. Don't want any further issues or any for that matter. Maria informed me that they are about two weeks out on getting appointments for an oil change. I had a schedule for two weeks out at 11 AM on a Friday. I parked my car when I arrived in a lot adjacent to the service area. The woman at the front desk told me to pull in the service garage. Guess they don't do that here. There is a cool Shelby for sale for $165k. It looks amazing. Iris waited on me at the first desk. $72 is quite reasonable for an oil change, tire rotation and break check. Takes about an hour and a half. At the lounge before 11AM. I am number 82, will call me on the monitor when I am done. They even sent me a text message in case I need to communicate back to the service department at all. They are closed at 1PM due to the Woodward dream cruise today. My car was done in less than 40 minutes. Not too bad. Service was good from beginning to end. Payment was easy as well at the cashier.
