All six of our kids have had work done, from brakes to suspension, a/c, electrical, you name it. I'm critical about whoever the person is that touches our cars and they've proven every single time they deserve my trust. They've always been incredibly fair, they source great replacement parts and they always amaze me how fast they can turn even the complex jobs. Pricing has always been excellent, too. They take their time to explain everything they worked on, show you the old parts and are really patient in doing so. They've recently added a new mechanic, George, and he is equally friendly and eager to help. He's also got a great skillset brings even more quality to the shop. They've watched my kids grow up and know us all by name. While most any other shop is happy to take your money for even the simplest car needs, they encourage and teach my kids to do the simpler stuff themselves that don't really require proffessional service. That alone tells you how reputable they are. I highly reccommend skipping the headaches of overpriced dealership service departments, the gamble of letting a teenager change your oil at a chain store and other shops that give you a 12-page quote about all the critical problems they discovered in their "70-point check" when you simply ask for a tire rotation and take your business to Kal, Jake and George at Kwiker Tune and Lube! I WAS HERE FOR 1 hour and a half. Never coming back here unfortunately. I personally do not like writing bad reviews for businesses but i want to warn people so they are aware. I went to get an alignment here as it's a local business and wanted to support, however, they did not perform the alignment. Reason for it was bad ball joints. I understand and this is normal procedure and many shops will deny the service for this. But they still decided to want to charge me $80 dollars for "checking the vehicle" the alignment is $120 by the way. After arguing that this was outrageous the lady cordially and correctly did not charge me the $80 dollars.

He went over them and I waited my turn. Left my vehicle with him and clarified what a A5 service included (spark plugs being one). This man called me and said your car is fine that's $150.00 I asked him what that was for he said a hour of labor, I informed him that I needed spark plugs and he said okay another 150.00 plus spark plugs for his mistake. I guess he doesn't keep track of the service he does on cars because he would have knew what I needed. Don't go to him unless you want to be blamed for his mistake and told you are arguing when just trying to explain it was a honest mistake.

I do blame myself for asking the cost of a quart of oil . So after they finished which was in a decent timing, I was told I owed them $15.62 for one court of oil. Now I have been to other 4 star and above oils change businesses but I have yet had to deal at $15 for 1 court of oil . The young man did say that when they accept Groupons they are actually loosing money . I replied well you made it back with that $15 oil I just paid for .
