Hao, and company diagnosed the problems and provided an estimate which equals about three car payments on a new vehicle but a lot cheaper than a dealer would charge. We swallowed hard but decided to move forward with the repair and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. Their positive friendly aporoach to everything was really refreshing! When I went to pick it up, they asked me to come out in the shop to show me the parts that failed and were replaced. Im old. I can tell the difference. 4. Excellent mechanics. This is most important of course but they know their business inside out. Im not a good mechanic myself but do enough of my own work to recognize excellence and competence in others. 5. Some might complain about the less than fancy location but that's one thing keeping their overhead low.
