My boyfriend and I needed to take 2 loans to be able and afford this. 4 WEEKS LATER and the truck still DOES NOT RUN PROPERLY. - Irresponsibles: Continued to say tomorrow we will call you, every single time and they never call or responded our calls. No updates were given unless we call them. A $290 Valley cover was purchased without advising us first and added to our total. A oil pump needed to be "replaced" from $200 they told us on Friday they ended up charging $528. - Not trust worthy: Truck was given on THURSDAY (after having it for 3 weeks). It needed to be dropped off on the next day, FRIDAY. They laughed, said thermostat was bad now, it was going to be worked on Saturday. Saturday they call to say water pump was "probably" the issue & that they will call on Sunday to pick it up. They never call or responded our calls on Sunday. Monday they said they haven't been able to take a look on it. Truck WAS NOT supposed to be run if the water pump was damaged. We have a tracker in the truck where we noticed the truck was run for more than 1.5 hour Monday for personal use for shops and restaurants several times (Photos were attached). - Not accurate: Staring price was $4,100. Ended up paying $5,478.00 and still not able to drive it since is heating up and making noise all over the place. Hopefully we can find a good shop soon. I just wish after paying all of that money it would've been ruining like new or a refund for not completing the job. Sometimes it's a few minutes, sometimes it's like 30 minutes. Sometimes there's a decent place to sit and wait, sometimes there isn't, haha. Jon and I typically go elsewhere but decided to give this place a shot since it was close by. The only dude we saw was nice and efficient. He looked at our insurance and was on his way to inspect, and he was done super quick. The office itself isn't the greatest for waiting around, it smells veeeeery strongly of cigarette smoke, so luckily we weren't waiting long. Happy to be in and out quickly and get another inspection out of the way!

My 2009 Kia Optima would stall in the middle of driving or when attempting to drive for the day. The lights would flash, dashboard would light up but the car never turned over. Finally after multiple mechanics, I decided to take it to Parra for a full diagnosis. Justin had a few hunches what may have been the issue but they did not resolve the problem. It became difficult to troubleshoot since the car had to be inoperable when I brought it to him. Unfortunately the car would eventually start without a resolution. So Justin stuck it out with me and tried one last ditch effort. My car had a key fob but it broke years ago and was never replaced. Justin recommended buying a new key fob since the issue imitated an alarm being activated. While this seemed far fetched, it ended up being the resolution. This incident occurred three months ago and I haven't had an issue since. The car would stall once a week, run for three weeks and stall again. They tried to scam me…read more I went in for an oil change like I've done before here. Then Kwik Kar did other basic car checks like testing my battery. They told me my battery was at 12% and would die soon. They tried to scam me to get $200 out of me for a new battery that I didn't need. I know because the battery was less than a year old. Worried though, I went to check it at an auto store. They told me my car battery was fine and at 100%. Now I can never trust them again if they lie about a simple battery. It's extremely upsetting. It got me stressed and wasted my time getting it checked out someplace else. Unfortunately, the auto store said they seen this a lot. I will attach pictures below of the battery test they (Kwik Kar) presented and the auto store presented. Please don't go here. Especially if you're a woman! They'll try to take advantage of you.
