I had some work done on my 1999 Tahoe, fuel injectors relaced , replace my wires , sparkplugs, it was running hot so they replaced the thermostat refilled the coolant and a gasket was worn (plenum) . I am pleased at the way it runs. like new. Very pleased , recommend this shop to any one. read more

Guys are scammers!! Took my vehicle to this place after experiencing overheating problems with my vehicle. Guys really seemed friendly so I thought they were trustworthy. They first told me I needed a new thermostat. I went with their word and got that replaced there. Couple months later I have the same problem again and I go back to this same place! They said my fan wasn't working properly so I went to get that fixed there as well. I spent a good amount of money on these services! Weeks pass by and I start having the same problem once again! This time they said I would have to replace the whole engine to get it fixed which they quoted me more than $2000! I later took my vehicle to a different mechanic shop. There they examined my car and said my vehicle just needed a new water pump. A simple fix! I went with their word and spent less then $200 to get that fixed! It's been more than year and I never had one problem with my vehicle overheating. These guys just want you to waste your money on problems your car doesn't have! Scammers! read more

This place deserves a million stars lol.. every time I come here they give outstanding service. For example two of my low beams and one of my high beams burnt out and I originally went to buy the little bulbs at Auto Zone (IDK WHY I DID THAT) and they charged me around 60 dollars and I was going to go to Pit Stop so they can install them. As soon as Venancio saw I bought them there he was like go back and return them we have cheaper ones here and we will install them here for you for less. When people are honest like that and watch out for you that makes them the real MVP'S lol. If anybody is looking for great AUTO SERVICE this is the place!!! read more

We've been taking our cars to Venny and the guys since they've been open and wouldn't dream of servicing our vehicles anywhere else. They are honest, don't recommend extraneous or unnecessary repairs, and have saved me thousands of dollars over the years. They've made good on anything that wasn't repaired the first time, which can happen anywhere (I repair things for a living and anyone who tells you that 'everything' is 'always' repaired the first time is a damned liar, some issues require troubleshooting to resolve) or was covered under warranty. I had an alternator fail 11 months after it was replaced, once, and they replaced it under warranty and only charged me labor. Heck, I didn't even think to ask about the warranty and he says, "Teri....didn't we replace that last year? I think it's still covered." We drove that van for 4 years after that an never had another issue with it. You really can't go wrong here. read more

Just my opinion hereafter, but I'll relay a couple things that happened during my car repair there. My alternator was replaced approx. 6 mos. ago to the tune of $400.00. It is already giving me trouble again. It's under warranty but I don't trust them to take it back for fear of what else they might "find wrong" with it. They told me a non working turn signal would cost approx. $300.00 to repair because it was the switch, and they said they would have to pull the steering wheel off to fix it. Luckily I didn't have the money so they didn't get me to do that. I was having an oil change somewhere else a few days later, turned out it was a simple fuse and they didn't charge me a cent to fix it. The last straw was several days after leaving Pit Stop I discovered one of my new tires was missing off the rear axle and replaced (on my own rim) with a off brand, cracked, worn out old tire. I didn't see them do it but my new tire was gone and I live in a gated property. Would take some special equipment to replace and inflate it on my rim. Also one of the mechanics was giving me the stink eye the whole time I was in there. I won't go back. read more

great reasonable, honest guys, they replaced my carburator on my 1981 chevy pick up and removed my intake and put new gaskets all around. it ran a whole lot better like night and day, they also replaced my steering wheel and did a professional job, great speedy service with a smile. i have recommended anyone that ask for a reasonable shop there. read more
