I took my car to Bi-City Body Works for some major body repairs (front bumper replacement and passenger side rear panel replacement). The owner/mechanic was absolutely amazing!! He was passionate, kind, and my car came back looking absolutely perfect, like it was brand new! He gave us an extremely reasonable estimate up front, and charged us that exact amount when repairs were complete. We highly recommend Bi-City Body Works for anyone in the Columbus area! During our covid crisis, I took my car in after an incident. Masks were being worn and hand sanitizing gels and sprays were used. Steering wheel covers were also used, as well as "social distancing." I was very impressed with the maintaining of guidelines. The work that was done on my vehicle was impressive. My car looks as if no damage was ever done. The vehicle was promised at a set time and was ready. Professional, friendly and courteous staff as well. Only gripe is my GPS does not give the proper directions to the location (nothing against the business) but it would be best to Google the directions... read more

Each time I spoke with them, they were very friendly. They said it would be ready in a week and, true to their word, I was able to pick it up on the day they promised it would be ready. i have in the past taken vehicles to them and they did great, but I took my wife's van after a wreck and they missed several items and had to take back several times and still have not gotten everything fixed even after telling them things are not right. One of the times i told them that the CV axle was damaged in the wreck and they said it was fine and it broke while they sourced out the repair on a test drive. If my wife would have been driving it, I may would have had to sue. Don't know why this time was so bad after they did so good the three times before. read more

I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. They did not do all the work they were paid to do. They use threats when you call them on their mistakes. I have been waiting over 2 months for a check for the amount they were overpaid for work they did not complete. I keep getting the run around every time I try to get my money. This is not the shop you want around your vehicle or family. I am pregnant and they are continually putting me under stress trying to deal with them and they apparently don't care about the fact I am pregnant or the stress they are putting on my unborn baby. read more

Bi-City on 2nd Ave are wolves in sheep's clothing. It took Bi-City 7 business day just to buff and paint one side of our SUV. The owner suggested we just get our SUV buffed to see if the scratches would come out and subsequently save us a little money. Tuesday we were told the buffing didn't do the trick, the SUV would need to be painted, and he would call us back with a quote. We waited 2 days and called him back on Thursday to finally get the quote. So, we were told the truck would be painted that day (Thursday) and ready on Friday. Friday came, now the truck will be ready on Monday. Monday morning we're told it'll be ready Tuesday at noon. Monday afternoon I went to the shop to check on our SUV and was told that our truck wasn't painted until that day. Finally got our truck Tuesday. Then, on top of all that, they lied to the insurance company. We had 5 days for a rental car. When we were told the truck wouldn't be ready Friday, we called the insurance company to get an extension. Well, it was denied because Bi-City's owner called them and said the truck is taking so long because we keep changing our mind on what we want done and we keep stopping them. They also told the insurance company something else was wrong with the truck so they would get more money. An adjuster went to the shop and found nothing else wrong, of course. When we asked them about all of this they completely lied and said the insurance company was confused and it was a miss understanding. SHOP AROUND. read more
