I enjoy people who are genuinely interested, curious, and enthusiastic about their work. She's passionate about design and possibilities. She came to my home tasked with recommending new cabinets and countertops. Practiced in measuring and design principles she scoped out the kitchen work, much to be funded by the insurance company. My kitchen adjoined a room addition that leads to my backyard. The space was unused. Angie recommended removing the wall that separated the kitchen, removing the pantry shelves, place the refrigerator in that former space, and extend the countertop into the addition with three more cabinets or two cabs and a wine cooler. I accepted her recommendation and now have MORE storage without a pantry, more livable/useful space and a beverage/breakfast area for sipping coffee or having a buffet style counter for cookouts & get togethers! She recommended the shelf drawers inside the cabinets and being able to pull out a drawer without having to dig to get to items in the back is wonderful. We shortened the length of the island and placed a drawer microwave beneath it. I thought I might miss the longer island, but am enjoying having more floor space instead. I had consulted with Angie when her previous employer redid my shower. That makes me a repeat customer of hers and she has earned my trust and respect. She's changed my life with her work and I am Grateful!

We had to choose fabric and leathers and colors and spent so much time trying to arrange the room. It was overwhelming, but Stacey was so patient. It was so much fun! We were in the store several times and never felt rushed or pressured. The young men who delivered our furniture were extremely careful and respectful!! We shop all over Springfield first then go to Hendricks and get exactly what we want. We will continue to use them. Everyone is so helpful !

They will sell…read moreyou a bunk appliance which they then attempt to fix multiple times during the "warranty" period but never actually fix. Then when the warranty runs out they won't return your calls. You're better off paying less at the big box stores where warranty matters and calls are returned. Very unfortunate because we prefer to support local when possible.

After months of looking at white spackling on the wall, I finally walked over to Dellert's to see if they had any recommendations to get us by until we have the time to paint the entire stairwell and mount a new handrail. They sent Kim to come have a look and take a gamble at matching the paint color without having any idea what brand, color, quality, sheen, etc. the contractors used. She did a PERFECT job at matching the color! You can't even tell where I did the touch ups!
