I called them on a Sunday to get an estimate and see when they would be able to come pick up. Ray asked me to text him a picture of what I needed hauled away. I sent picture and he text me back few minutes later with a estimate which was a fair price for what I needed hauled away. Ray said he would be by the next day late morning. Ray text me next morning and said they would be over in about 20 min. Ray was on time and both him and his co-worker were very nice! I asked Ray about a heavy metal gazebo I need dismantled and hauled away. He was helpful with that as well and is going to text me with someone that an help dismantle the gazebo. We were moving, and had probably half a garage full of things we didn't want and that people on NextDoor.com didn't want (even for free) either. I emailed Ray on a Sunday night -- the day before MEMORIAL DAY -- and he came at 3 pm the next day. (Again, a holiday!) He had his truck loaded within 15 minutes, and his price was beyond reasonable.
