BUYERS PLEASE BE WARNED!!!!He will tell you the scooters he sells are street leagal and can be registered in the state of nj. They are made by a manufacturer that is not on the dmv/dot Approved list and can not or have ever been approved to be registered. I tried three times!!! You can insure them but you can not register and operate legally in the state of n.j. . I confronted him with the problem and was told "IF" he could help he would. When I asked to return as the scoorter is useless to me i was told all sales are final. This man looked me in my face after me telling him I was partily dissabled and this would be my main transportation and lied to me. In order to make a quick sale is how i feel. The scooter is awsome and im sad I can't use it. I'd gladly return it tomorrow but insted I'll have to pursue other means of recourse in order to try and recoup my loss and hopefully be able to purchase something I can actually use. Its ashame because I was literally about to go back and buy a dirt bike from him. But now I don't trust a word he says. He's said he'd "try "and help then told me "IF" he could he'd get back to me. simpley put he told me he's seen them registered and it's clear after three trips to the dmv and spending $ insuring a scooter I can't legally drive. That i was obviously miss led. And his only solutions are if he can he will and that hed try to help. It got worse when he offerd to have a new title whit a different manufacturer but same vin made? I hope he denies this......I also shoud have known when it came with no owner or maintenance manuals and i should have done my homework before committing to the purchase. So shame on me! I cant speak on his small engine repair skills but judging by his response of of "its been a week I didn't hear from you I figured everything was fine" I might be the first person to buy one and he had no idea what was going to happen at the dmv. Or he knew he was screwing me 100 percent and sold it to me any way. Eaither way maybe he should just stick to repairs and not try to be a dealer if hes going to miss lead customers right to the face. or sell something with out actually knowing if it can be used as he's advertising. Eaither way he screwed me and im stuck with a really nice scooter I actually like but can't use legally. He offered next to no help and seemed disinterested in actually doing anything to help saying he has to email California and it's 3 hrs behind...I guess California doesn't have telephones. If you value your customer who just spent $2300.... I have the all the paperwork the thing is less then 2 weeks old. I'd think you'd be going nuts to rectify the situation. As to avoide bad reviews and possible leagal actions. In this day in age with a little bit of time and effort I could share this experience with all of the local buy and sale groups all the local townships groups the local p.d. the department of transportation and safety as hes selling possibly unsafe vehicles because they are not state approved and various other methods warning of his scaming people and bury his business with negitve reviews and attention.....so why risk it just to make a quick buck...so buyer be ware the scooters are very nice!! But you will not be able to register them legally to ride on the road in the state of n.j at this time. I tired my local then regional and ultimately went all the way to Trenton and got the same results three times and he's yet to provide a solution or even prove to me that he or anyone else has gotten one registered. I'm hoping this review gets me a phone call with a actual solution not just ill let you know if they get back to me. Him the guy and women that work at the location are all friendly and nice..he even delivered it for me. So that's a positive.... read more

Took my small generator to Joe Friday, he estimated a week to repair, but called me when I got home to report he had already diagnosed the problem and made a repair for only $20, though he explained that another way of repair would cost nearly what a new generator would, and gave me a choice! He asked to keep the generator for a day to make sure his fix was permanent, and indeed it is.
