Over the decades, it's grown and evolved, but the warmth, quality, and personal touch have never changed. Every visit feels familiar yet fresh, and it's obvious that the people running it genuinely care about what they do. Every December, picking out a Christmas tree at Haines has become a tradition I look forward to more than anything else in the season. The selection is always incredible, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they make the process smooth and enjoyable, even when it's busy. The work that was done was to the right of the picture posted below. The reason I was getting it done was because the ground was starting to settle and the grass was getting really damp. Pretty much when they came out I ask them to do whatever they needed to fix this problem. While the section they did was nice they created this giant pond that now lays in my front yard every time it rains. This was NEVER there before. I paid over $2,000 for this. I called him to come back out and pretty much Anthony said it was my fault for not grading it further. I am not a professional and it was his job to advise me to go further. After asking him to fix it he told me it would be another $2,000. This area was 3 times smaller than the original area. I found this company based off of reviews and friends that have use them. As a business owner myself, I am disappointed they did not make it right. A year later the water still sits. I will not be recommending this company.

They also have a huge selection of mini Christmas villages for inside your house. All beautiful! They have nice ornaments and various other Christmas acutremonts. Much better than most other places that charge $20 a person! I will say it is a bit small, but they have great decorations to view! It is done really well! Service is great! I just wish they were a hair more attentive when standing in line, apparently you just walk up to an open register instead of waiting in line to be called. You need to get tickets at the register!!!! Prices in general are pretty reasonable. This is a much nicer garden center than others that I have gone to.
