We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water. He was able to snake the drain so that it flowed. The problem was I did not have enough people to be filling an upstairs sink and have someone to observe the plumber, He and is trainee, STOLE from Me, a Brighton leather and silver carry on and a tote bag, plus my standard carry on bag to add my DeWalt jig saw which many extra blades, my Dremel kit with all the accessories,, my lifetime collection of hole saws, and I can not be sure what else. When Management was informant they supported the thief. But they did lower the charge to what I was originally quoted. I would not hire this company unless you had enough personal to watch each and everyone, to prevent having your items stolen!
