We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Close to midnight on the second day I receive two texts from Brian Casey. The first text was a homophobic slur directed at me personally telling me to "just live with it" (my water heater) and the second text was an inappropriate sexual remark followed by "get a real life thanks!"These texts came from Brian Casey's cell phone number.
