I'd say they are more like a high end garage sale than a high end thrift store.

I took only one fitted sheet out of original packaging and carefully folded back up and was able to return to original package. Contacted BB&B for an RMA which they issued and was told they would deduct the return shipping charge from my return. I agreed to their terms and returned the sheets. However, when I received my refund it was only $18, I had paid $71, that was quite a charge for return S&H. I had shopped at BB&B all my adult life until they closed all retail stores, was always a great place to shop. But my first purchase through their mail order business has been a disgusting experience. I will never purchase from BB&B again and strongly urge everyone to avoid buying from this mail order business as their customer service is terrible.

I asked an employee where something was and they walked me to it, but when we got there the employee said, wait this is not what you are looking for and then told me the store is not the best organized. I thought it was interesting hearing that from an employee. But overall we found what I was looking for and it works great! I have used it a ton now! I would recommend this place!
