PART II My piercing came out while I was trying to clean it and so I went the next day and they installed it for five dollars and the person to take care of me, their name was Rampage. She was pretty cool And little tip: if your piercing comes out, take the stick and put it back in your nose so it doesn't close up, until it is time for you to have it put back in, professionally.

I…read morecalled the shop soon after they opened & after hearing that they take walk ins, I sent my inspiration photos, calmed myself (because my nervous excitement was very real I found myself on the cobblestone streets where Saints & Sinners is. Dwaine greeted me & gave me a concise rundown of the process. Upon hearing it was my first time, he was very warm and reassured me that I was in good hands. Waited while my design was drawn up by Dave (who is also the resident landscaper) & took in all the inspiration on the walls. There were frames and books a-plenty. About 10 minutes later, Dave tells me to come upstairs - it's getting real now! From the time he laid the stencil down to the last swipe took all of a solid 20 minutes; I hadn't even got to the juicy part of the podcast I was listening to. After my tears (happy & bittersweet ones for personal reasons) and my payment, I left the shop with my tattoo wrapped well & with stickers, pins and lollipops in my aftercare kit. Sweet. I had overheard that the shop was booked until May. That made me leave because I would be gone by then. Mick, even while attending to a customer, asked about where I was going and suggested of a shop at the very state I'll be going to. That to me was what led me to write this. He didnt ask me to check and make sure the placement was ok, he didnt tell me what he was doing or when he was doing it. Thank goodness I couldn't feel when he pierced me (nerve damage). My belly button piercing is crooked and it was a repiercing. I asked him to go thru the original hole and he refused but told me it wouldnt look weird...ill post a pic and let you be the judge of that. The only thing that I can say negative about this place is the location, it seems kind of sketch especially next door to a liquor store. One is pretty simple - the DC flag. The other, a bit more complex - Celtic design inside a bicycle crank chainring. He was ready when I arrived and showed me the designs, offering to make any changes (none were necessary). He told me what to expect and how much time each should take to line and shade, went to work expertly and nailed it almost to the minute for each. He left me well prepared for post-care.
