The shop is located on a sketchy street but once upstairs inside of the shop it is spacious and clean. I was lucky enough to find street parking around the corner. This is a cash only establishment and their is an ATM outside if you need to withdraw. My friend and I were getting small tattoos on our wrist and the prices were kind of steep - granted we did just walk in and we are in downtown Baltimore, so kind of expected.... When Danny (tattoo artist ) was about to start, a piercing appointment came in so he got that done right away. His technique was good, he was very clean, using new needles and gloves - it took less then ten minutes for two of my mini tattoos. I was charged $80. My friend was charged $60 for her one cross tattoo. Danny was great and had good customer service but I probably would not come back for the prices.

Here's where it gets a little sketchy... I ask how much the piercing it. He says "20..." I hand him the twenty and I watch his eyes go to my bag where he can see I have another twenty. Then he goes "...one. And I don't have change." So I paid FORTY dollars for a "twenty one dollar" piercing (though I'm convinced it was only twenty) and on my way home it fell out again. The whole "twenty.... one" thing left a bad taste in my mouth so I didn't want to go back. Obviously, the hole closed that day. I wrongly paid forty dollars for a piercing I didn't even have for a whole 3 hours. Would not go back.

I brought my friend for her second lobe piercing. First of all the place is adorable - it's women owned and the jewelry is designed by the owner - Ashley. The gold ones are pure gold which helps justify the $150 for one piece. The only piercer is now Sydney and she was lovely. I didn't get my ears pierced but my friend who did had a great experience. They are part of the Association of American Piercers. I believe it's $75 for the piercing which is higher than I expected but things have gotten so expensive with the pandemic. They do ask for a tip upon payment. They will map dots and get your placement right. They offer saline for sale. I had a great time helping my friend get her piercing. Honestly would buy plants here. I came in for jewelry but got so much knowledge that I've never gotten before and some amazing piercing care. The atmosphere in Fidelity is fantastic, plants everywhere and music is great. It's a neat little spot in Middle River. I enjoy knowing that their jewelry is North American sourced so it is quality. I learned things about jewelry and after care I'd never known and I've had one of my piercings for a decade now. After a year of dealing with the hassle, she decided to let her lobe piercings close. Recently, she decided she wanted to get her ears re-piercing with a professional. After searching around, I came across Konkrete Jungle and specifically Alex as a professional piercer. I booked an appointment over the phone with clear instructions. During the appointment, my daughter and I arrived at the shop and were greeted by Alex at the front desk. She was professional and courteous, walking my daughter through the entire process from start to finish. She explained the options she had for initial earrings and why the stainless steel screw-on type were ideal for new piercings. Alex walked my daughter into her studio and talked her through each piercing patiently, answering any questions my curious daughter had. Because Alex uses needles rather than a piercing gun, it was different than what my daughter was accustomed to during her first piercing. In the end, there were absolutely no tears, unlike the painful experience at the chain jewelry store. Alex provided after-care instructions for the piercing and made sure she addressed all questions and concerns we had at the time.
