I went to get a haircut and "lo and behold" it was exactly as I remembered except a couple of hundred yards around the corner in the same shopping center. Paul and Hoyt were still cutting hair. They give great haircuts for a reasonable price ($18). The place is family oriented, no TV, loud music, or foul language, just pleasant conversation. Hoyt just retired recently. One of the original barber's daughter, Cindi, is a barber there. Anyway, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My search revealed that few if any barbers around the area do reservations. That's when I stumbled onto a Facebook post for the Pros 2 Barber Shop that said they had just started taking appointments. So I called and made one for the following Saturday. I walked in and was a little surprised to see that the owner, Eli, had this crazy head of hair and the customers waiting were all half my age. But sure enough, at my appointment time, he took me ahead of another customer and gave me the best, boring "old man" haircut I had been seeking. He even uses shave cream and a straight razor to make the finishing touches. I've been back every 3-4 weeks and he consistently gives me a professional, detailed haircut. I highly recommend Eli.

Barbers and hairstylist over the years. Have not been able to accommodate him for one reason or another. Miss Ginger has definitely become my husband's favorite over the last several months since moving to Tennessee. She has always gone as high as requested on his high and tight, which has been a challenge for many other barbers. He has requested that his bangs not be chopped short, but Miss Ginger is the only one that has ever followed through with his request. My husband also prefers a hot towel shave with a straight razor blade and many barbers do not do this and hairstylist are not licensed too. The price is very competitive, and just a little more expensive than your generic, run-of-the- mill haircutting places. However, the prices are much better than any other place that offers a hot towel shave. My husband's haircut stays within military regulations for at least a month, if not longer.
