The older woman is rude and today's contact was so unpleasant, no matter what the lawn service is like, I'm going to switch. She is an obviously older woman whom I called about my application being made in the rain and the forecast is for rain the rest of the day. She argued that it didn't matter and said she would pass on my concern. I asked if that meant I'd be contacted and she said she didn't know. She obviously totally dismissed the concern I called about. I stated I thought I would cancel my account and she flippantly said that was fine. I've been trying to login to pay the outstanding balance and I can't get into my account. I guess these folks have so many customers that they don't care how they treat them.
