Got my windows tinted and it looks great!! They were super friendly and got it done really fast!

My appointment was at 10:30 and she said it was a busy day so they start taking drop offs at 10 and it was first come first serve.(which didn't make sense since she scheduled my appointment for 10:30) So I dropped my truck off at 9:50, I was the second person there so figured I had a good chance of getting my truck done. I asked about how long it would be and she said she couldn't say but it would be done before 5:00. So at 5:00 I show up and my truck hasn't been touched. When I asked why it hasn't been done yet since my appointment was at 10:30 they responded with "it happens". Not a very good way to do business. read more

Love my experience. Prices were great and he was very informative. I chose a darker tent then is allowed but he assured me that he would remove the tent for free if I got fined. Over a year later and my tent still looks great. Love the little boutique his wife runs in the front. We also bought a refinished coffee table. Be prepared to wait or have your car held up for up to 5 hours or more without warning and without a call. All this after you are told that it will be 2.5 to 3 hours. I am all for supporting local and family businesses and hard working people, but please have contact with your customers. The product is good and the people are kind, I believe there is just some tuning-up that needs to be done in the communication department. read more

Had my brand new truck tinted a few months ago and debated on taking my truck back or not. Figured I would just leave a review and not come back rather than expect a complete turn around on the outcome of the tint the second time around. Had my truck tinted and some vinyl done. Paperwork says the windows are washed 3 times before tint is applied I believe (I could be wrong on this). Streaks and runs down the windshield show that couldn't have been true. Wrinkle in the windshield tint, wrinkle in the passenger side, a scrape/cut in the passenger side, rear windows were cut severely uneven, and the trim on my back window was scratched from what looks like the Razor knife used to cut the tint. To top it off, the vinyl that was cut to cover some chrome was not cut to size and it was spliced on one piece due to an uneven cut. Pretty dissapointed on how it turned out. read more

I had my windows down and at firt things looked great. After a closer look I found scrtach marks, tinting missing at the bottom of the windows, and sticky stuff all over the window. I also started hearing a funny sound when I rolled my window up and down. I took my car into the dealer to find that the window stripping was shot due to poor technique when the tinting was placed. I callled RBI and left 6 different messages on top of calling the store and never getting a call back (tinting was done in the back of his wife's store). My neigbor had used the same guy to tint her windows and has now recieved her money back due to peeling. Also, they offer a discount if you write a good yelp review. Maybe that is why most of the reviews are good. Please save your money for better work. read more

Our experience sounds fairly similar to other reviewers. We called ahead and were impressed with the pricing and weekend hours. They were flexible with pick up and drop off and the car looks great. Apologies for the delayed review. Had the windows tinted on my 2012 Nissan Armada about 3 months ago. The windows look great! Took about 1/2 day for them to complete the job. Robbie is very responsive and easy to work with. He would message me back within the hour when I had a a question. First time I've ever had the windows tinted in any of my vehicles, and it has been worth it. If you're considering getting your windows tinted, this is the place you should use. read more

I visited RBI because they have great customer ratings with Yelp and the good ratings were spot on. While messaging via Yelp they were very quick to respond to my questions. I was able to get my quote and within a couple of days I am at their site getting my windows tinted. Their facility and waiting area was comfortable and they have a small gift shop you can browse. If you get Hungry you can walk next door to Champs and have Barbecue. The window tint turned out very nice and my daughter was pleased with the look that it gave her 2014 Mustang. Their work even comes with a lifetime warranty! read more

Well looked good from afar. Upon inside inspection the rear window was sharpied where the cut wasn't right. Also all the front windows were gagged cut and not to the window line. I called him and informed him and he said he would redo it. 4 days I took it in only to have his wife call me to say it done a hour later. I asked if he redid all the windows and she said as good faith they removed the tint and giving me a refund because they dont think they can make me happy. I feel bad if that was his best job. Wow a waste of my week. They are the cheapest but again you get what you pay for. Thank goodness I am getting my 235 back. Hint the 2 stars. Good luck read more

They recently tinted the windows on my KIA and I love them! After reading the Yelp reviews from others I was pretty much sold but had called around to about five other places to have something to compare their quote too. They were the cheapest by over $50 of any other place. They had excellent customer service and got my car in and it in a few hours. Great customer service! Super fast service. Great prices! I recommend this place to everyone. They done my person truck (Chevy Silverado crew cab) in December. Took them about 45 minutes to an hour to do all the windows. Just took my work truck in (2016 Toyota Tacoma) today. I arrived an hour early and was planning on doing some paperwork while I waited for my appointment. Robbie came out and greeted me and offered to start my truck immediately. I pulled it in the shop and went inside to pay, within 20 minutes my truck was out front ready for me and the tint looks great!
