The owner was present at the time and I complained about the employees unusual behavior and his response was that I didn't see him doing that. I will file a formal complain with UPS corporate and will file damage charges again the store. God knows what's going on there both with the owner and the employees. Shortly afterwards, she sent this disparaging email about me to her entire team that I received by mistake: Hi Everyone, I spoke to this guy. Let's discuss Monday. Do not call him.
