Closer examination indicates a lot of rust repairs that are no longer hiding the rust, which has broken through the paint and indicate every panel on the car is rusty. Additionally, the clutch, brakes and carb need serious work to make the car safe and drivable. Very disappointed that these things were not properly disclosed to me, the customer. I would not recommend doing business here at all. The car was misrepresented. If I had known it was a "rust bucket" the bid would not have been made on BringaTrailer.com. Do not trust internet descriptions and photos that are deliberately failing to point out the real serious issues on a car. I see I am not the only person to have such experiences with this dealership.

They have several quality vehicles for sale and the prices are dirt cheap for the quality of work they put into their restorations. A friend of mine is getting a '63 Chevy Impala restored. For $2, you get to go into the restoration garage and see what they're doing, what they've done, and some of the vehicles they have for sale. The money goes to charity. I saw first hand the amount of care and detail they put into the restoration of this Chevy. This car will be better than when it first came off the line in Detroit. It's amazing the amount of detail they've put into just this one vehicle! As far as their friendly service, I asked about my late model Buick that was having paint issues, and I need a mirror. Although they don't do the small work like that, they were quick to give me phone numbers to reputable places that they deal with for paint questions and late model parts. Outstanding. If you're in the area, stop by, pay the money, bring a rag. You don't want to leave any drool on the cars. If they happen to be closed, there's a slot outside the door with current vehicles and prices that they have to offer. If you're looking for that quality restoration vehicle but don't have the time to work on it yourself, these are the folks you need to talk to. Everything you can imagine. Model T's to Muscle Cars. They are in no way affiliated with the manufacture or where you got the lease from. What they do is try to pressure you into buying your lease and deter you from having the option to shop around or ask questions. THEY ACT LIKE A DEALERSHIP! I'm most certainly convinced that they get a big commission on whatever they sell you. Troy did sound nice on the phone, but it's all a big game. When asking questions like "are you KIA? or a 3rd party indentity?", HE DIDNT EVEN ANSWER MY QUESTION! he just led into what he can do that a dealership wont do for you. What a joke! BUYER BEWARE!

I signed up to be contacted by Ford, and the follow-up came quickly. Less than a week later, I was test driving a 2025 at McCarthy Ford. Overall, I had a positive experience. I understand car sales can be demanding, but the energy when I first walked in felt a bit unwelcoming. My salesman, 'Rodney', was very straightforward but also personable and funny, which made the process more comfortable. I did notice a shift in energy once it became clear that I was serious about making a purchase. The Sales Manager was also very pleasant to work with. Nothing but good things to say about both individuals. While I know my deal may not have been the absolute best possible, I'm still satisfied with my purchase and happy with my overall experience. I really wanted to give 5 stars, but I'm giving 4 because of a separate experience involving a family member. Shortly after my visit, they went in to look at cars and left feeling belittled by a different salesman (Bill). They're younger, and this would have been their first major "grown-up" purchase. That kind of experience can really discourage someone, and it was disappointing to hear that were treated that way. Kevin from the Service department was also very nice when I went in for my recall services. I would recommend this dealer to other friends and family - and to request 'Rodney'!

I recommended my sister-in-law to McCarthy Ford in which she purchased and brand new 2023 Bronco Sport from the other Dan. I was promised by the staff a $100 referral but never received it. I called Kelly numerous of times and gave him the address to send the referral bonus to but it was never sent. It's been over two years going on three and I no longer do business with McCarthy Ford for the simple fact that they promised something and never fulfilled their promise. Not that it matters to them but they lost a good customer.
