A generous two stars (once 5 stars bc of Ramon) But the two narcissistic classically known used car sales owners are the uncles of my salesman. They're basically wholesale flippers of auction "lemons". These owners (which Ramon & Kevin work for) are not worth mentioning unless to tell the truth of their dirty ways of business. Know that salespeople are only sales there, not mechanics. Ramon my salesman of multiple vehicles puts out great fires for his arrogant & narcissistic uncles, the co owners. The owners don't handle well of a woman speaking the truth & standing up for what's right, fair & for herself nor anyone else they stereo type at first appearance. The only way to approach this place is if you bring your mechanic or someone with great mechanical knowledge I believe their outside mechanic shop may be scamming them of due diligence or in cahoots together as the owners didn't seem too concerned as I expressed this in regards to my 3rd vehicle which started breaking down after minimal use the first day of ownership with the basic usage of driving it home from Alsip to Dolton by my spiritually adopted son. I thought maybe they were just unaware. I tried doing them a favor to suggest them to check into the actual works of the mechanics but all they could do was yell at me together with their toxic male prides of sense of "authority" Was it supposed to intimidate me? I have only truthful facts, receipts & God The One, on my side. Even though they say assuring things about "If you have issues in the first 10 days..." they still as a strong toxic masculine team will deny any customers' validity while unaffected in insulting even the kind returning customer of multiple cars giving them even a second & 3rd chance to correct the entire situation. They were petty over $250 for total towing fees after the vehicle already "undrivable, the brakes & entire front suspension went out" after 2 out of 3 days being casually used with a police officer involved initially frightening my "son" as he is a "young black male" in this unfair society of thugs in law. So then I contacted Premier Auto the next day. Ramon was extremely calm & sensible while ofc trying to defend his uncle's business. The one older uncle is the main problem here & the other uncle just blindly defending his family as in traditional ways of toxic religions. I was taken by surprise as he did not allow me to finish asking my first question as he cut me off in a prominent raised voice of his obviously long rehearsed spewing of an outraged response of gaslighting the customer. The same exact spewing I was witness to him on the phone with another female client days before. He is that "Snake" we're always weary to encounter in used car sales. He may not realize that he's the snake, bc narcissists don't actually know or believe they're ever the problem, the actual snake. Snakes that don't realize that they're the venomous snakes are the most dangerous. God still uses snakes to bless his own No amount of prayers will wash away what you can't acknowledge. It's not the petty $250 towing fees. It's asking them to realize & admit to themselves of their wrongdoing, that's most likely a regular long on going practice of their dirty business of selling moral lemons & not correcting. No amount of prayers & fasting can change your character that you're unwilling to even analyze. Am i supposed to be afraid & watching my back everywhere now? Should I watch for thugs in badges who might be friends of theirs? Why would this be randomly important to ask mid disagreement? I Purchased a SUV from them on 8/17. On 8/24 it stopped while I was driving. I was told it was the alternator. I then ordered the alternator but it took almost a week to arrive. Once it arrived, I had it installed & it still wouldn't start. This fell on the holiday weekend, so I waited until the next business day to call which was today 9/5. (my mistake) Because as soon as I called to make them aware and ask to do an exchange or get a refund. The guy begin to yell and say I had 15 days and today makes 19! I then told him the the 15th day fell on the holiday and that I assumed they were closed for Labor Day like everyone else. (my mistake for assuming) He then said they weren't closed and that I should've still tried to call on Labor Day and that it was my mistake so it's on me! They said they remember the car and it's out of their hands because they were open on Labor Day. This treatment was shocking to me because they had been extremely polite during the buying process. Telling me they were honest people, and if I had any issues I could reach out to them because they do good business. I found this to be a complete LIE once I reached out to them. The way they acted when I politely called and the way they yelled leads me to believe they know these cars will barely make it past the 15 days. This car looks great on the outside and they were nice when I was purchasing (cash) but now I'm stuck with a car that cost nearly 5k that I put less than 75 miles on and and can't drive. Their only reply is, it's outside of the 15 days and that I should've called during the holiday so now it's on me. If you are considering this company DON'T DO IT !! Paid over 5k for a truck that I didn't even get to put 80 miles on before it completely died out on me while I was driving on the expressway. I got it towed and had a mechanic look at it only to find out that the car was rigged. There were a bunch of cords and even the brake lines had been zip-tied and rerouted. It was obvious that they KNEW the car was no good when they sold it because when I contacted them (Shahjee I believe his name was) got VERY rude and started to yell that I was outside of the warranty and that they weren't responsible for anything! Im devastated that I now have to save all over again for a vehicle. Im devastated my money was taken by people who KNOW their cars are no good. Honest Review Here: Customer service was ok not bad at all. Got my new car and it was amazing. I'm not quite sure if this is how they operate with all of their vehicles but my car lasted a little over a few weeks before I started experiencing mild transmission issues. The next day my vehicle would not move at ALL! I proceeded to contact Premier about the problem and they refused to help or solve the issue. As a customer It is thought that if you purchase a vehicle from a credible car lot without a doubt it should last for more than a few weeks! Spent a lot of time before our appointment going back and forth via text on what cars were available and what we wanted to see. I realize it's AI but I figured at the very least, the information would be shared with the salesperson. We were told the cars would be ready for us and we had appt with Kevin. Got there right on time - after driving 20 minutes - Kevin clearly did not know we were coming, did not have the cars ready, and seemed totally uninterested in helping us or even speaking to us. There is an autozone 5 miles away that I wanted to drive to in order to find out what the issue is before purchasing and they refused and told me it was against their protocol which made no sense!
