Bought a 2017 Tahoe with low miles, truck seemed pretty clean. I didn't even make it home and the bumper came off on the interstate. Sent them pictures and got an estimate. Owner informed me the body shop's price of $2300 for a new bumper and paint was too high and his chop shop could do it for $800. You can't even buy a bumper cover for that price. After some back and forth I got $1000 check from them to fix it but mind you that's not even half of the cost. Now I'm being told the a/c isn't working because some jack ass tried to patch the lines where they were bad. Now all the lines need replaced and the warranty I bought won't cover it because someone tried to scab it. TERRIBLE! Don't waste your time or money! We drove from St Louis to purchase a vehicle. We offered less, because we felt that's what it is worth, we ended up paying the asked amount. The truck had TVs, they assured us were working, but had no dvds to test them so we trusted them. Wrong! We asked for a Carfax and never received it, ordered it ourselves and found the car was in an accident! We should have run away the TVs are cracked, the airbag light came on a week later, only one running board works, the wipers are zipped tied down. The tires have bubbles in them, the touch up paint they used wipes off and revealed chips all over the car! Unbelievable, we contacted them early on to get the TVs repaired and to see the status of the spare tire they said we would get. They said send them the estimates. Guess what? No response. We can't even get the car registered because it won't pass a safety inspection. Never again read more

Brought my 2019 Canyon Denali in on a recommendation for a problem with the rear axel bearings. They replaced 1 bearing all while ignoring the actual problem. They charged me $700 to basically change 1 bearing. The new mechanic upon seeing B&M's bill was shocked by the charge of $125 just to press a single bearing. The new mechanic actually found the real problem and replaced all of the bearing's for the same money that B&M charged me for 1. My advice would be to stay away if you like a competent mechanic, or a fair price. read more

This was a great dealership to buy my first car at. I went to different locations such as carmax and other dealers in Orland and nothing caught my eye. I just drove past and noticed a car and I immediately stopped in to check it out. The next day I came back and purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion hybrid for a reasonable price. I was able to trade in my old car. Through the process John was a great help and made things go smoothly. I did have to contact them about getting a spare key because I didn't get that right after my purchase but they were super helpful with getting me one! This is a great place to do business with! I called about a motorcycle and told them I'm might not make it until right before they close. They stayed late and let me check out the bike and were not trying to get me out the door, they let me take my time. They are fair and honest, and their price point shows that. I looked all over the inter webs and found 1 bike that was comparable and in that price range, needless to say it was in Florida. They price all their vehicles at or below market value from what my experience was. It's a family owned and operated business and they are not pushing you into a vehicle they think you need, they want you to get the vehicle you want! They work with a local credit union for financing. Always great communication at every step. They even let me keep the bike in the showroom for a few weeks until the weather warmed up! i bought a 2011 ford fusion which had front end problems . I was told they would fix them . they replaced one control arm which took care of some of the problem. i still heard rattle from right side. After some argument they agreed to fix the other problem . I still hear the rattle after they said they fixed it. The car I was told was completely checked out by certified mechanic has several more problems than the front end. Fuel fill inlet needed to be replaced ( almost $400). The code can be cleared by any mechanic with a hand held computer.Not even 3 weeks and i needed a new battery ($165). I replaced the spark plugs and their was oil in the tube. Needed new plug seals ($150).I was told it was carbon and water. I'm no certified mechanic but i know oil when i see it. All of these problems could of and should of been checked and fixed before anyone bought this car.A simple tune up. I realize they cant see everything but if it was completely checked out these problems could of been found by any "certified mechanic".So before you buy an auto from them please take it to a different mechanic do not trust their mechanics . read more

It truly upsets me that I have to give such a bad review for such a wonderful company. 1st, your sales "manager" Joe is very disrespectful and quick to get you off the phone without explaining in detail what is going on with your vehicle. 2nd, you do not warranty your work on vehicles that you have fixed. This would be the 2nd time dash lights appeared on my car and you want ME to pay for it and say "well you did buy a used car!" Fix it correct the 1st time! 3rd, if your vehicles are "certified inspected" vehicles you should have the required items by the state of Illinois working, such as your car horn and tail light by license plate. Your response was "well, we don't know if your horn worked when you bought the car!" DO NOT PUT CARS ON LOTS IF THEY ARE NOT "CERIFIED INSPECTED" CARS!! Never again will I set foot in your store. Sales gets a big KUDOS b/c they are extremely helpful and compassionate about my issues but everything else you can throw out the window. The experience we had with B&M Auto from start to finish could not have been better! We were visiting family from out of town and our van decided to quit working on us. We stopped in on a Saturday and ended up speaking with John the Sales Manager at B&M and while he could not help us with the mechanical issue we had with the van he gave us his card and asked us to call him on Monday morning and he would help coordinate things with the service department to get the van in and repaired. When I called Monday morning John remembered us and immediately went to work on helping us get our van into the shop. That is where the experience gets even better. Bill from the service department called and inquired what the symptoms were with our van and he volunteered to come by and try to get the van started so we wouldn't have to pay to have it towed. Unfortunately the issue was pretty serious and there was no way of starting it but Bill dispatched a tow truck for us and had it in the shop right away. This all took place the weekend before the 4th of July so everyone wanted to get their vehicles back from the shop so as you can imagine they were swamped. Bill set clear expectations on what would be done with the vehicle and the timeline on when it would be finished. Again they did not fail to deliver. The van was done when they said it was going to be and the kept us updated as progress was made. In my opinion you could not ask for a better experience when having to have major work done on a vehicle. The staff at B&M Auto were friendly and delivered on every promise made!
