Unfortunately, the visible black cord that was on the side of mailbox looked increasingly tacky each time I looked at it. My husband and I racked our brains on ways we could hide/camouflage the cord and we finally decided the best way would be to dig out the mortar between stones and hide the cord that way, running it to the back of the mailbox . I reached out to Mark with photos of what we were dealing with and how we thought we could fix and Mark made it happen, even working us into his busy schedule. I email Crosby Home Services and Chris responded within an hour. He was able to come out the same day to look at the job. We discussed what I wanted and he and he gave me a quote that I thought was reasonable. He said he would call me on Friday and let me know when his crew would be able to start. He called on Friday and scheduled the work to begin the following Tuesday. His crew showed up at 7:00am and started putting the wall up. These two guys knew what they were doing. Very professional, answered all of my questions and did a great job. I will call Chris again for future projects. Chris dropped the price because he had quoted for three guys to come out and he only sent two. I like dealing with honest people.

When we first moved into our new home in May 2022, we had purchased some storage racks to be…read more installed. We had a hard time finding someone to do this as there was a great demand for handymen. I found Brandon and he got back to us promptly and told us he would be able to do this work in about two days. Brandon came but was a bit late but had called ahead to let us know of his delay. He said the he and his assistant would be able to get both racks up in a few hours. They completed the work and it seemed fine. Two days ago, 8/31/2022, my wife and I heard a crash in the garage. I then discovered after going into our garage that the rack collapsed. After investigating the bracket that came out of the ceiling, Brandon didn't bolt the bracket through a stud but only drilled through the sheet rock in the ceiling. Luckily it didn't crash onto my wife's car as the front end is parked underneath the storage rack. The items on the rack shifted but nothing was damaged. Attempting to have Brandon fix his wrong, I called the number listed for him and his phone is no longer in service. Funny thing is that his website is still up and running. Weird. Don't trust this guy, he does horrible work.

GF blames concrete moisture (which they measured before initial application with no mention of issues), but no problems with neighbors who had concrete ground and prepped before application. I have reapproved paying GF another 2K for repair in March 2026, but am told they are too busy on another job to even schedule as of 7/2026. Good luck with your job if you hire GF.
