I never leave reviews but this experience was so frustrating I had to…read more I booked a bus from Omak to Wenatchee online, prepaid for the ticket, and screen shot the "thank you for your purchase!" Page. There was no confirmation number or printable ticket emailed to me at all. I showed the bus driver my confirmation email while boarding and he was fine with it. After I get off at the wenatchee bus station I'm followed out of the restroom by a security guard saying I needed to check in at the front desk. At the front desk I'm told I can either show my printed ticket or pay for a new one. Let me add that I was never emailed a ticket to print and nowhere did it say I needed to print a printed ticket. I show her my confirmation email directly from their business email, which included the exact bus route and the fare paid. This lady was SO rude, told me I needed to call customer service to get the confirmation number so she knows I'm "not lying and it's not a fake email". Wtf? I'd give it zero starts but the bus driver was relatively nice and the ride to wenatchee was comfortable. Won't be taking this bus again.

While I waited with my puppy the Brett and Sons driver pulled into the handicapped space and came in to collect packages. There was an empty spot on the other side of my car, maybe eight feet further from the door. I called Brett and Sons and their response when I asked if they allowed their drivers to park in the handicapped spots was "yes, if they're in a hurry." I said it's illegal. He asked how long the driver was inside. I said not the point, it's illegal. He said he would talk to the driver but it is quite obvious this is an unwritten company policy. Shame on them!

I sent someone down from Chelan to Wenatchee to retrieve the needed part. Brett and Son's truck did not show up by closing time of the store and when the driver of the truck was contacted, he indicated that he did not have the package on his truck. We checked with the shipping source in Yakima and they advised that the item had been placed on the truck. Apparently the driver lost the package. We incurred the expense of sending someone on a 2 hour round trip to pick up a package that Brett and Son's lost. Very frustrating and expensive.
