There is a clutch of women sitting up front greeting people end gossiping among themselves perpetually, but it doesn't seem to interfere too much with business. There's a lot from which to choose. Over the years we have spent untold thousands upon thousands of dollars on various treasures and trinkets of all types. After dinner today I took my sons to look around an hour before close. My little ones found their treasures and we headed to pay. My son found some cards in an unlocked case and when we went to pay, the workers were having a discussion on the owner leaving it open. As they were getting close to closing, most of the customers were at the front. In front of my children and all the other customers, the heavy set older lady began to admonish me openly for not waiting on a worker to open the case for us. Bear in mind, the case was already open and this was known, as it was being openly discussed. I am a very laid back and easy going person, so I was shocked. I explained to her that the case was already unlocked, and that being rude was completely unnecessary. She escalated immediately, raising her voice and yelling at me in front of my family and the other customers. I put our products down and as we began to leave, she continued to raise her voice telling us to never come back. I asked for her name, and she refused. When I explained I would be leaving a review, she continued her tantrum. I was absolutely dumbfounded as we've been customers for decades and have never had a single issue. In a 30 second exchange, that all changed and we've been told not to come back again. I am disappointed, and feel her behavior is outrageous and unwarranted. We will, in fact, not being going back and its unfortunate. I hope the owners review the footage and take care of the issue before she causes any further loss of income for them and further tarnishes their reputation.

One person got their free coffee and a small spoonful of sugar and she said "see they're using all of the sugar". Very dramatic and distasteful towards the special needs community.
